I took over an hour to try to change room from smoking to non smoking and still never changed

The staff and Management with Days Inn and Suites apologize for the inconvenience that this reservation may have caused you. When guest go thru a third party for booking a reservation the hotel property has no authorization to make any changes to the reservation. In the near future when you decide to travel again, please call the hotel directly and we will have more control on accommodating you faster. We appreciate your business.
