worst extended stay american experience ever

Pros: it was relatively in a good location
Cons: room and bathroom cleanliness
Location: it was a good location.
my room was not clean. i asked the front desk to change. they said tell the manager in the morning. i told the manager. he said it was my mistake and i had to ask for a change.

Close to restaurants and shopping

Only complaint was with the WiFi, had a hard time connecting and it kept freezing up so you weren’t able to use Netflix or Amazon Prime!

not happy

repairs needed everywhere. the keys would not work to begin with. the lady that checked us in was great. the next morning a employee opened my door at 6:00 am without knocking.

Good enough

Front desk people were nice enough, housekeeping very cold and rude. "Breakfast" was a box of cereal bars and coffee urns which were empty half the time. Good hotel for independent travelers who are coming on business and want to make good use of the kitchen.

Terrible experience Tubs and toilets overflowing and this happened the last time I was there. Hotel left unattended for a full shift.
