Everything about this property was great aside for the temperature in the room. No matter how low we set the thermostat, it would kick off and not get any cooler.

This Hampton Inn is rated adequate. Check in was poor. No rooms available at check in time which resulted in 25 people waiting in the lounge for their names to be called for a room. I always stay at Hampton Inn when traveling but will be looking for an alternative next time we’re in town for a concert.

This booking was last minute for a family death and it was perfect. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious and clean. The BREAKFAST what a way to start the day!!

I was given no seniors discount! Kids unsupervised in room above us! Made noise 12 to 4 in the morning,loud, I called 4 times and went down stairs! Many people called and next morning at breakfast people complained about noise, running jumping breaking things? I have 10 grand children and we have never left kids unsupervised in a hotel room! I came to get away and I’m worse off than before I came! Very disappointed and won’t use Expedia again ! Was not allowed to receive a receipt either! A first! First time to disappointed in a hotel! My family & I stayed two nights here & it was a really good experience overall. Everyone was polite and nice from the desk staff to the housekeepers. The rooms were comfortable and had a fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable as well. My children enjoyed the added feature of the nightlight in the bathroom & I loved the fact that the door slid open between the bathroom and closet to allow that light to come into the sleeping area. I hate the feeling of a super dark hotel room & this made the room feel super comfortable. The continental breakfast selection was superb & the eating area was super clean! There was an issue with our toilet and maintenance was sent quickly. The issue was fixed quickly as well. Extra towels were also requested & came quickly. The downsides for me are as follows: no microwave in our room & the bathroom floor was sticky and possibly dirty (since my feet showed signs of it when I stepped into the shower). However, I appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Overall, it was a great experience & we will be back if we’re in the area again.
