I was so worried about staying here after reading the reviews. This hotel is nothing like the negative reviews say it is. The staff is kind and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable. The parking garage is convenient and parking is free. You can walk to campus and many restaurants. Ubers were very easy to get. There is a work out room and a Pure Barre next door. And a great restaurant next door too. There is no complimentary breakfast, but, my room rate was about $200 less a night than the hotels with a complimentary breakfast, so take that for its worth. I didn’t feel impacted by the construction. Bottom line, this is a nice, comfortable, clean place if you are coming to visit Purdue.

They were remodeling. I think there should be discounts during renovations. They drilled from 8 am to 6 pm. The price is for a 4 star hotel not a 3 star being remodeled. The walls are paper thin. You could here everything your neighbors did. The fan in our room didn’t have hearty blow.

Super convenient and slightly more reasonably priced ... I got the suite which was spacious and beautiful! Breakfast is not great so I would take advantage of other options in the area.

We stayed here for a concert, the front desk was very polite and friendly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the view of the skating rink was fun! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place, but not the newest in the world. Starting to show its age in some areas. Elevators are frustrating; only one me goes to parking garage, though the other is most active (likely to open)

The room was clean but very dated. Blinds wouldn’t close all the way so the street lights shined in the room all night. There’s no fan in bathroom so everything fogs up when showering. It wasn’t mentioned that the height limit for the parking garage is 6’-3” and that there’s very limited parking other than that. My vehicle is taller than 6’-3” and I had trouble finding other parking.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They responded quickly to any requests we made. The hotel sits along the Wabash River and is a great spot to walk and explore Lafayette and W. Lafayette.

It was located close to Purdue. The stay was overpriced, the breakfast buffet quality and choice was average at best and the room was not roomy at all. Very disappointed as compared to our stay at Hampton last year was. Not satisfied especially for the price

Unexpected Extended Stay
Super friendly & helpful. Our Don got sick during the visit and we needed to extend the stay. The staff was very accommodating. This was our third stay, now that our son is a freshman & it will be our to-go-to hotel over the next four years. I needed to work remotely during the extended stay. They have a business room w/ a computer, copier, & printer. Laundry room. Quick drinks & drinks for sale. Free parking. Convenient location to Purdue campus. Urgent Care, restaurants. Comfy & clean. And I can’t express enough how friendly. Thank you!
