Only complaint was room 111 hears the knocking of the elevator, so every time it was used I would sit straight up thinking someone was knocking on the door.

Staff and facilities were great, even when the power surged and the elevator broke along eith all the door locks stopped working the staff was very helpful and helped everyone get into their rooms.

Went in the check in at 2:30 (check in was at 3:00). The receptionist wasn’t even at desk she was in breakfast area, never came to desk, and shouted the room isn’t ready without checking or anything. Very unprofessional. The night receptionist was extremely nice and professional

Rooms were not as listed on website. No microwave in room as listed on website, and when front desk was asked their response was “Oh yeah, there should be one in there but you can just use the one in the lobby.” Rooms were muggy and hot, and the air conditioner thermostat was locked to where you could not go below 68 degrees. Shout out to you tube, where I found a video to bypass the locked thermostat around 1:30-2:00 am when nobody in our room could sleep because it was so hot. Will not be staying here again

Everything was good and clean other than us sitting outside by the pool. And all of us have red marks on our ankles. We was there for travel ball, and all of us who got rooms from here have the red bite marks from sitting outside.

I booked this through expedia when i got to the front desk the staff member said my card had declined (not the case) so they ran my card again for the room it was very late and the reason i booked through expedia was to expedite the process (not the case) the amount was refunded as promised but it cost me almost 30 minutes plus i had to go and check my account to see if the second payment had been refunded Max inconvenience for hospitality professionals very disappointing

It was extremely hot. I booked 2 rooms, both of the rooms had issues. The air conditioner was not working properly at ALL. By the time maintenance show up it was time to go. Both rooms had air conditioning issues and the microwave was out in the other.

Grab and go breakfast was nice, room was comfortable and clean but the whole 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. The hotel charged my card twice for the room and refused to resolve the situation.

Checked in, got keys to a dirty room and beds unmade. Returned for our second night and they packed up our belongings and put them in the lost and found because the receptionist didn't do her job and mark that she moved us to a different room. Belongings were broke in the process and it was very inconvenient.
