If one discounts the dirty floors and the lack of an adequate (as promised) breakfast, I suppose this facility is passable. (What happened to the ethic of providing a balance breakfast, such as eggs to augment the usual out-of-the-box waffles and/or a bowl of Raisin Bran?) The desk clerks I encountered were of little or no help, appearing to be almost dismissive when confronted with a request, and management was inconspicuous. In summation, this facility, owned and managed by people from the Asian subcontinent (you can probably guess which country), is about as acceptable as one might expect for the price. (It certainly wasn't underpriced.) If there is an option at a price point close to this offering, and you are confident that it's maintained clean and responsive to your needs, I'd suggest going there.

Never again…15 minutes after check-in we were told we had to leave the room so they could shampoo the carpets…we not only had wet stinky carpet the rest of the day and all night but also no lights due to a flipped breaker that powered the side of the room the light switches were on that neither daytime or night time employee knew how to fix…relied on the light from the tv all afternoon and evening and we were left to eat in the dark…i want my money back but i know it will never happen…waste of money, time and they are straight up rude…it was my first and last visit ever

The staff was friendly and the check in and check out process is easy. The price was good, we used Expedia. We reserved a suite with kitchenette, foldout couch, and king bed. The room was nice and clean so overall was great! Our only complaint would be that our room TV was scratched and there was a constant wind sound, that we heard even when the AC turned off. The breakfast buffet was not great, so if it's not what your into lots of other places to get food. They had on the buffet cereal, bags of DIY oatmeal, 2 waffle stations, a juice machine, 2 community coffee carafes with Breakfast Coffee and also 1 with hot water. When we went at 8:00 am the coffee was empty and the trash was full. It lacked any presentation and after I realized the coffee was out we opted to purchase breakfast instead. They should think about offering eggs, boiled eggs, some protein options. There was bread, but no bagels, 2 apples on a tray, No other fruits available. No yogurts. Just a lot of carbs.

Needs improvement. Queen bed was not a queen size. More like a full. Went down to the desk and the clerk was so so rude. Said he was going to come up to the room with a tape measure to see. He never showed. Checking in was a nightmare. We’ve stayed at this hotel and gave business to it. But never have I been so upset with the the man at the desk.

Booked a NON smoking room for my wife & daughter for a gymnastics meet. Room smelled like a burning cigarette with burn holes all over the floor. When asked what could be done, guy said nothing were booked.. I am not happy about this at all bc none of us smoke & my wife has a sensitive nose. Miserable experience for them. If I could give -5 stars I would.. would love a refund or at least partial refund..

Diabetic alert, the free breakfast nothing but carbs and sugar. No protein of any kind, no decaf coffee. Had to take our towels down to the desk every day for fresh ones. Room was clean and functional.

Photos show updated rooms, most rooms have not been updated. Rooms are clean but have strong musty smell. Property needs many repairs and deep clean. Breakfast is limited and not worth trying.

Great hotel if you on a budget!
Nice hotel and location… Pros: comfy queen bed & comfy pillows, with a separate area with a couch and kitchen area. I love sleepin when it’s cold and the ac did just that while at other hotels I find many of them a bit warm to my liking… Cons: Found a wet dirty towel in the closet, the safe was locked, a few spider webs on the corner of the ceiling, they had a pretty big crack by the door opening of the room, and I had no toilet paper in my room. Also you can hear and feel everyone who passes in the hall. The whole floor shakes. All in all: Very good hotel at a very low price! 3.5-5
