Problems

Pros: Room was fairly clean but the iron was connected by a wire cable to the iron board! Made it a little difficult to iron my clothes!
Cons: Make sure all tv's at check out are working properly! This could be done by the maid upon cleaning the room!
Checked in and tv did not work! Went down to the front desk again and got another room! Digital lock did not work! Went back down to the front desk and got a 3rd room which was not the room I wanted! Not to mention the rooms were off the elevator all the way at the end of the hall! Lady was nice and helpful with all the problems and very apologetic! Also the water had to run for 15 minutes to get hot water! The sink never got hot and lost water pressure the longer it ran!

The ac barely worked, the door had to be shut hard to close. The ac filter was packed with dust, and had got this hotel because had pool and sauna, but they were both under construction. Was charged a different price than what was quoted.

Where I needd it to be.

When I booked this room I was given a total price of $77.83. When I checked in I was charged $97.08. Soo your book price and your show up prices are not the same.

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have had. Our hotel does have a security deposit that is authorized for $20.00 for incidentals. This usually takes a few days to drop off after check out . I do apologize that you where not made aware of this.
