It was comfortable and the staff was friendly.It is an older Ramada but served our purpose perfectly. It had a refrigerator, micro wave, morning coffee and clean room. The restaurant was fair but the staff was helpful and suggested we go to the from desk for discount breakfast tickets before we paid. We appreciated that. I would recommend this Ramada Inn to anyone. Price for service was very good.

Very helpful staff!

Very friendly staff! Very helpful! Grounds were nice, interior courtyard, since in a very busy area near hwy and other motels and shopping area. Were refurbishing some rooms also.

It's an old hotel. Our room had a funky odor-- probably the carpet. The staff was friendly and Isabella who cleaned our room did a nice job everyday. I would have liked a free breakfast buffet (as most other hotels offer) but they did have a restaurant on site.

Trustworthy and Friendly

Pros: Location
Cons: Our stay was to short to comment on improvements. For our purpose it was perfect.
Location: Being from there I hesitate to list the many attractions other than to recommend New Iberia as a neat, friendly place to visit with unique attractions
We checked in and we were made aware of the perks available to Wyndham members. The stay was great for the brief period that we were there. BUT MOST IMPORTANT.... My wife inadvertantly left here watch in the room. Sometime later during the day we were contact by the staff to make us aware of the situation. On our way out we stopped by and picked up the watch with much appreciation. Thanks Ramada and thanks to the staff.

Peaceful and relaxing

Unfortunately, this trip for me was not for pleasure. When I checked in and got to my room, the heat was not working but they took care of it right away. They are in the process of renovating one side of the hotel but it did not interfere with the rooms that are still available. No dust or noise disturbed the current occupants. Nicely renovated rooms with updated TV's, beds, desks, coffee pots, etc. in each room (at least the room I stayed in).
