“Not sure if it is specific to an Expedia booking, but we got the worst rooms of the building in front of all the AC compressors or at pavement level on a busy street. The AC was very noisy. ”

“This hotel is in a great spot right next to the river in historic Savannah which I’m assuming is what justifies the price of the rooms, which are seriously average. Walking in to the room, it has the feel of a very cheap hotel with harsh spotlights and cheap tiles. The bathrooms need upgrading desperately and the room felt dark and cramped. There was a bottle of wine plus two bottles of water on arrival. I’d have gladly opened the wine, but there was no corkscrew in the room! The whole trip felt……

“I’m not happy with the condition of the bed. NOT BAD BUGS. But I did find a one live and one dead bug in the bed and the mattress car was covered with hair. I asked for a clean bedding and they were quick too . There was no conditioner in the shower. Facing E. Bay St. in Savannah on the third floor wasn’t very noisy. The breakfast was very good though.”
