“I loved the experience and the kids too. There was snow everywhere, I didn't expect it and being from Florida its a wow experience. The staff was nice and able to accommodate us very fast. I like that the place is old school, not too much digitalization and very well located for onenight experience. They have an elevator, very convinient as well. “The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. “Staying here was an awesome experience, if even for a day. We arrived late in the evening and the owner Mario was so very accommodating and informative. We stayed in the side house, an interesting property with its centuries-old design. We could feel the history in every room. It was very comfortable, very roomy and the amenities made us feel right at home. The drive up may intimidate some (if during at night), as it winds up the mountain side, but staying there is well worth it. Thank you Mario……
