“Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was stuck Amsterdam for 3 days with a 4 years old kid due to flight cancellations and the staff made the waiting time really pleasant for both of us. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.”

Staff were unfriendly on arrival.
We didn’t get offered discounted breakfast but others did and we where disappointed with the lack of drinks and toiletries in the room especially when paying so much per night for the room.”

“It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer.
Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.”
