One bedroom apartment on the third floor with a lift. The apartment sleeps four people with a king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofabed in the living room. TV with some british channels. Well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.

Large balcony with built in BBQ, with sea views and views toward the fort and the town.

A short walk to the marina, town and the supermarket.

Parking in the underground car park is available, though a car is not essential due to its proximity to all the amenities along with the bus and train stations.

The condo was very neat and clean and had everything we could need. There was even a welcome gift that was much-appreciated to help us get settled. The complex was lovely and very well-maintained, and was within walking distance to local activities and incredible beaches and boardwalks. Our host was very friendly and accessible. We would definitely recommend it!

Long Term stay without a car found luxury apartment very accommodating.
We prefer a king bed, good wifi, easy flat walking access to beach and groceries in a safe quiet neighborhood. This exceeded our expectations. This is a very well-maintained unit with not a speck of dust or decay. This is a luxury apartment with security and the grounds are very well maintained. There is a bar/restaurant on site. The marina and boardwalk are nearby and bus access is super easy to figure out to visit all of the nearby beaches. Rosa the property manager greeted us speaking perfect English, answering all of our questions. The heater/AC/dishwasher, washing machine, and outdoor grill worked perfectly. We complained about feeling the springs in the bed and a nice pillow top cover was provided immediately. Cleaning was provided weekly. Shopping roller bag and beach umbrella /beach towels were provided.

Beautiful and comfortable condo
This condo was well equipped with everything you would need and want while on vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining and living room were open and comfortable. The bedroom was sizable and bed very comfortable with black out blinds on the window. The bathroom with bathtub and bidet was appreciated; there was always lots of hot water. The air conditioning kept things cool. There was a sizable patio with bbq and table and chairs that had views of the ocean and overlooked a beautiful pool area. The condo was about a 5 min walk to the marina, a 15 min walk to old town and the beach and a great grocery store. Our host was very responsive to questions and on arrival there were fresh buns, butter, beer, wine, milk, coffee and tea which was so appreciated after a long travel day! I highly recommend this property! Thank you so much for everything!!

The condo was exactly as listed, including the estimated distances from the beach, marina, old town and grocery store. The condo is very clean and organized. The pool area was spotless Maltides Restaurant located on the 1st floor was very good.

Compared with the property we stayed in last year in the old town with “character” This was heaven on earth, relaxing, amenities not too far away, just a lovely modern apartment - we WILL be back again

Great apartment, exactly as advertised. Rosa and Debbie were great to deal with! Enjoyed the goodies that were left for us,,a very nice surprise. Excellent location 10 min walk to beach, 5 minutes to marina area and 15 minutes walk to old town.

Clean, well equipped apartment in a fantastic location
We have stayed before and re-booked after our stay in 2018 and again we were very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment with lots of facilities including pool and bbq. The apartment balcony is very private and receives the sun for the entire day as well as having views of the sea and town. Apartment is located a stones throw from the marina and beach so ideal for families like ours needing a pram. A high chair, travel cot and play mat was provided for our baby and he slept brilliantly. Would definitely consider a 3rd stay in the near future.

A most enjoyable and relaxing fortnight.
A most enjoyable and relaxing fortnight and good value too. The location is good especially for the Marina and railway station. The old town is a fair distance but at least it’s a level walk until you get to the town centre. The Pingo Doce supermarket is fairly close by, but the shopping trolley provided was very useful when doing a big shop, especially buying bottles. The condominium itself seems to be well run with the outside common areas and gardens kept clean and tidy. The security arrangements are adequate and the checking-in arrangements excellent. And the lifts work properly! The condo staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment offers good space for two people and for the most part it is comfortable, although it would be a tight fit for more than two adults. The kitchen is well equipped and met our needs. The welcome grocery pack was well-balanced - just right for us. The linen was spotless and in excellent condition. There’s no table to eat at indoors - would have been useful as it was a bit fresh outside at breakfast time. We didn't find the bar stools a satisfactory substitute. The booking arrangements are straightforward and the communication with the owners is first-class. Our special compliments to Susan for organising transfer taxis for us - they were brilliant. A minor but persistent irritant was other people’s tobacco smoke when we were on the balcony; an unfortunate consequence of being housed in a block. We didn’t use the barbecue, but residents of other apartments did and the smell of drifting smoke was occasionally quite obtrusive.

Wonderful Apartment
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this particular apartment block but in different apartments but again the quality of the apartment was outstanding.We stayed as a family of 4 (2 young kids) and it was perfect for us.The apartment has everything you need,very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and was an ideal base for our 12 night stay.The pool area is wonderful and the the restaurant at the pool is great for poolside snacks.We also enjoyed a lovely dinner there as well. All in all a wonderful place to stay in Lagos and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.No complaints whatsoever. The welcome pack was also a nice touch.

My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to Portugal and especially the 2 weeks in Lagos!!
We loved everything about the condo! The kitchen was very well equipped! We were able to do laundry with ease and hang it out on the sunny deck! The barbecue was great!! We didn’t use the pool but found the beach beautiful and close to walk to! Shopping and restaurants were close enough and easy to get to! All in all we were very happy with the 2 weeks we spent in Lagos!

BRILLIANT HOLIDAY
This apartment is in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the Marina 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the Pingo Duce Supermarket. All these facilities are on level ground so no hills to climb. There is everything you could need in the apartment and in a lovely setting which is very well maintained. We had one of the best holidays we have ever had and would recommend for anyone who would like a relaxing battery charging break

Lovely apartment and great location
The apartment was so much bigger than what we expected, very clean and the welcome pack they provided was very useful. The security staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were provided with everything we needed to know about the apartment and about Lagos, we could also use their underground parking space which kept our car nice and cool. We went in August so the popular beaches in the area was very busy, but it was worth going to, just make sure you get there as early as possible so you can find parking, but we do recommend exploring other beaches outside of Lagos because we discovered many amazing beaches which we will never forget, we had a wonderful time in Portugal and the apartment made it even better.

Excellent apartment in a great town, I would go back !
The apartment is located in a great area, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, a very decent supermarket, the beach, the marina and 15 minutes from the town centre. Thus no need to hire a car, be adventurous and take the train from Faro. The arrival process was quick, easy and flexible and with gated security the complex feels safe. The welcome pack was great and included, as we are Gluten free due to one member of the party having Coeliac disease a great job was done supplying basics that more than met our needs upon arrival. The apartment is well equipped , modern and clean and more than met our needs for the 11 days we stayed. The balcony was great for drying clothes and the barbecue was clean and very user friendly unlike others we have seen in the past. The beach towels supplied was a great thought and overall the accommodation was great. The Wi-Fi was great and could just be reached down by the pool. The bathroom / shower was good and everything worked without a hitch. The pool area has a small restaurant / café that was good for ice creams etc. and the pool loungers were in good order and while it was getting busy there were always some free. Susan who I dealt with re booking etc. was more than helpful and was quick to reply to any e-mails I sent before booking. Thus I was more than happy with the holiday. My one niggle was the cutlery, there could have been more and maybe a few more glasses but that would be a suggested improvement rather than a criticism, as we had 4 staying and ate in several nights (always barbecuing) maybe we maxed it out. Thus Lagos was great, the apartment location met all our needs and a car is not required and I would consider going back in the future as it all went without a hitch. Thanks !

Great apartment,handy location
The property was easily accessible and nicely furnished,it was handy that there was a washing machine as we were there for three weeks,the tv had up to 80 channels and very good WiFi.we had a courtesy visit from the manager to check out any problems and the view from the apartment was reasonable ( slight sea view) but good view of nearby town etc.It was handy for walking to the marina and into town.if anyone is planning to book this property it might be worth checking that the pool is open as it was closed for maintenance for the three weeks we were there (as it turned out the weather was poor anyway for swimming) We enjoyed the property and are hoping to return again later this year.We would also recommend it to our friends/family
