The hotel claimed to accept credit cards, however, upon checkout, the hotel claimed that my credit card did not go through. My credit card company, at the time of checkout, told me that the hotel had not even tried to run the charge, so,cash payment in Niara was mandated by hotel clerk. My clothing was ruined when the hotel did my laundry - covered with black marks. Housekeepers refused to bring fresh towels during last 2 days of my stay, probably in retaliation for my complaining about the laundry. I called them for 5 hours, then was finally given 1 fresh towel, not 2. (the housekeeper told the hotel clerk that they did bring 2 towels, which was a lie). Guests were required to walk through a plastic tent which sprayed an unknown chemical, stating you were being "disinfected". The music in the restaurant and bar was '80's music. For example, Olivia Newton-John's "Let's Get Physical". It was as if an explorer c music in the '80's and the people do not know how ridiculous the music sounds, day after day, in 2

I mean is it possible to add more stars. To say that this hotel is amazing is an understatement. The experience you get when you come here is simply awesome. The breakfast buffet is something else, filled with assorted food and drinks to satisfy everyone. The staff are very courteous, helpful and really attentive. The manager is an excellent human being and a great leader. Their food is very tasty. I love love love this hotel. I will definitely come back.

Disappointing for a Radisson Hotel
We had LOTS of niggles during our stay which were frankly unnecessary and disappointing for a Radisson brand hotel. We ended up having to move rooms cos of issues with the Aircon, safe, smells and cleanliness. There seemed to be an issue with towels as we repeatedly were only provided with one towel when there were two guests. Also, we were quizzed over whether breakfast was included in the package, despite my clarifying this prior to my arrival with the hotel and then we were told this was only for one, which is odd when the booking was for two. We eventually had to complain and speak to a manager who confirmed that it was included. Lanre was very helpful in sorting it out, but it shouldn't have needed a complaint to be raised for really simple basic issues to be addressed. Also check your bill as I had settled my room service tab when we changed rooms, only to be told on final checkout this was outstanding. It was only after I produced the receipt (that I insisted upon) that they acknowledged the payment had been made. The security and restaurant staff are probably the best thing about the hotel as they were the most friendly people we encountered. Disappointing overall experience.

This hotel was not clean had roaches also airconditioner keep breaking down they changed my room 3 times had some many problems also tv picwas from 1978 old old tv and furniture lots of water mold and you smell it in some of the room .make sure you have in writing breakfast for 2 or the hotel will try to rip you off n change for one extra .All the service workers were wonderful food was good and Pool very clean .B.Anderson

I had a very good stay at the Park Inn. The customer service received was outstanding and the staff (especially Omotola (receptionist), Gerald, John, Suleiman and Oni ) are a credit to the hotel. All the staff made our stay very pleasurable.

let me say first that the staff were extreme helpful and courteous. I have no complaints about staff. the hotel was undergoing a major renovation at the time I was there and there had been no communication about it in advance. this meant that the restaurant had been relocated to a small, not very pleasant room in the back of the hotel property, and food took a very long time to arrive from wherever the kitchen was located. In addition, there was significant noise and dust on weekdays guests should have been informed AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE RESERVATION that there was significant renovation in progress. i would have chosen to go somewhere else, but could not afford to simply eat the cost of the reservation that i had already paid for through Expedia.

The rooms were ok, the property needs refurbishment, it is very outdated. I booked a suit and it wasn't attached to the main hotel, made it feel like I had been downgraded even though I had a suit.

I did not like the check-in. There was no electronic keys to open my door to room on Friday or Saturday. An attendant was required to open the door. There was no robes or house shoes in the room and no lotion in the bathroom, and the television did not work very well. There was two guest, but only one free breakfast. This was no clearly defined in my reservation. The room cost was much too costly for such a small and inadequate room and services.

Hence, there was no option to have a room swap. We have commenced upgrade on our room door locks to RFID which is more secured and convenient. The upgrade would be completed this week. The room amenities which were absent and dysfunctional television would be investigated. A more proactive measure would be prioritized to avoid future repetition. It is our pleasure to ensure we offer the best guest service that would give utmost value to our guest. In this regard, our team is presently upgrading our rooms and facilities to ensure our goal of exceeding guest’s expectation is achieved. Initially, I wasn't able to make a reservation for my stay as they were full but I let the management know when I arrived and asked them to inform me if any reservations came available. The same night they let me know and I was able to book through the end of my stay. However, they also didn't have the right room available for me when I arrived so they upgraded me and then the next day told me I had to move. The communication around this could have been better. Overall, the rest of the stay was uneventful - bed was comfortable, power was on (with a fast generator switch when needed) and internet was good. On the downside, still not enough light in the rooms and they no longer offer breakfast as part of the cost. It is not worth the nearly $20 they charge. Better to go to other places around the hotel. The pictures of how they will be transition the rooms look nice and I hope it happens soon.

The property was just as i expected and i liked it. My only disappointment was I booked and paid for room with breakfast only to be told at the reception I have breakfast with my booking. I showed them my booking confirmation which shows including breakfast and they wont do anything about it. I expect them to at least contact expedia to confirm if the doubt it but they didn't.

I have lodged into this hotel as an Igbo American citizen with my US passport, over a month ago. This hotel is owned by a Yoruba Nigerian, mainly known as Lagosans. Since I moved in, the staff prefer to see me as an Igbo, whom they can easily intimidate and violate as Igbo’s are usually intimated in Lagos, instead of seeing me as an American citizen that I am. Due to I have filed some complaints against the staffs to the hotel management, as a retaliation, I became a target where I suspected the hotel management, who are Yoruba, have given the staff instruction to violate and discriminate against me, tribal discrimination. by denying to serve me food and services I pay for, due to they believe that as Igbo born Nigerian they are better than me. They practice this tribal hatred in this Radisson hotel where they supposed to treat American’s fairly. 95% of hotel staff is Yoruba and every other tribes are marginalized. I feel violated as an American that in a 3rd world country like Nigeria, in a 4-5 star hotel like Radisson, I am being attacked and denied services that I pay for. I am bringing this to the public attention in case I get poisoned at this hotel, because I don’t feel that my food is safe anymore. I am no more going to accept food from this hotel, that I have already paid for. This is intimidating and violating to me as an American. This hotel doesn’t deserve the star rating
