New room design needs tweaks

Pros: The bed
Cons: Let people have a choice for resort and parking.
Location: Great place not enough time to list everthing
We checked in on our wedding night we live local just needed some rest. We were told that we were getting a newly designed room. The charge for the resort of 25 dollars for a pool we were not going to use was excessive. We weren't give the opportunity to decline And 37 dollars to park a car I would have self parked if I would have been given the choice. The room to many lights and switches the chests and night stands very cheap looking and construction. Very average for the area

Lovely hotel to stop at on route to San Diego! Great staff! Restaurants walking distance of the resort. Highly recommend.

wonderful escape from LA hideaway!

calming and rejuvenating retreat pleasant surroundings with paths for strolls to the ocean and marina specialty shops looking forward to my next visit already

No mini fridge in the room. I believe it's over price especially with the daily resort and parking fee.

We had trouble from the beginning

The bathroom wasn't working properly the shower head was running all day and night they put us on them opposite side of a pool which we didn't want to be in and just kept going downhill from there

Great location and view.

Pros: Gorgeous view, grounds are gorgeous.
Beautiful property. Awesome work out room. Show head was very old and subpar, a little mold in shower ceiling. Rooms have been redone from years ago, but still need some touch up.

Staying would be nice if there was a self parking

Wish there was a self parking option instead of full service valet because some people would rather park their own cars by themselves to have peace of mind

Very enjoyable! Staff was very helpful. A little disappointed that valet parking ($37 per day) and the resort fee ($25 per day). It adds $62 per day to the rate. But, overall we were more than pleased with the facility and staff.
