Nice heritage property in a great location. Beds are uncomfortable and we got many bed bug bites. Andreas was excellent, he helped us plan our wine tours. This is not a quiet building, paper thin walls.

This is a nice heritage Hotel. It has an good location . Unfortunately the beds are not vet comfortable and we hot many bed bug bites. The staff are friendly especially Andreas. He helped us plan our winery tours.

Bad service, room not ready until after official check-in time, no towels or toilet paper until requested, the ceiling was dripping at night, dodgy neighborhood, not recommended/bad experience.

It was ok for the price. Very noisy outside 24 hours. Walls are thin, we could hear our neighboors all around. Its well located and not bad considering the price we paid.

Old but comfortable
Old hotel but the room quite comfortable. Good hot shower. Breakfast is simple; bread, cheese ham and cereal. No fruits. You can feel the tremor due vehicles moving on the road. As it is in the city center, you hear the usual honking, shouting, etc. Located in Sotomayor. 5 mins walk behind the hotel is the area which is not safe. There is a foodcourt and supermarket near the port. Wifi sometime not working and got to get the hotel staff to reset the access point.

Perfect location on square. Spiral staircase and no elevator was a hoot!!
