“Hermosa habitación desde la que se ve y escucha el mar, amplia, con pequeñita terraza (3er piso). El lugar es privilegiado ya que esta frente a playa tranquila y de vista despejada (sin edificios), buen desayuno y goza de silencio lo que es un privilegio. La atención del personal puede mejorarse con capacitación (escuchar al cliente y estar disponible en recepción si quiere considerarse hotel), la limpieza es impresionante en cafa rincón de la casa, bosca en el 1er piso posee un calido living……

“This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast and the hosts were very friendly and……

“Photos online are dated and do not reflect the poor quality of the room condition. We paid to stay in the top room, yet no working wifi, extremely tatty furniture, bathroom and ill fitting wood effect floors. No cupboards for hanging clothes and difficult to navigate to the room as in an extension, with no lift, narrow corridors and stairs. For the price, it is extremely expensive with a cheap breakfast. Better to stay in some of the wonderful new beachfront apartments on Air BnB.”

“Perfect spot if you prefer a cozier bed and breakfast type experience than a flashy big box hotel. Wonderful breakfast. We sleep great! Super central to a ton of restaurants and like 5-7 minute walk to the ocean”

“Cuando llegue ai con mi numero de reserva pagada me dijeron que la reserva no existe. Perdi dinero por siete dias de reserva que no fueron reembolsados. Tengan cuidado con este hotel son ladrones y no reenbolsan su reserva. No lo usen. Los atendientes son mal educados e ignorantes.”

“I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative.”
