Location: Close to the center , and less than 1 KM to the lake. Mall and Monoprix are the nighbour building.

Excellent would use again

Posted Sep 25, 2016 on Hotels
Good access to the town, Lake Annecy, tourist areas, supermarket, train station. Has underground car park and guaranteed space for 10 Euros per day. Breakfast available if you want it. Small kitchen, bath and shower in apartment. Laundry room, gym and sauna available. We had an upgrade so had a 2 side balcony. Quiet even though in city. Very helpful staff. Overall was excellent for the money spent.

Dirty carpets, walls, and bedspreads.

Posted Jul 26, 2016 on Hotels
We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby was great and the reception was good, but when we took the elevator upstairs to our room, we got off at our floor and the carpet was so stained and dirty. The walls were marked and needed paint. It looked like a 1 star hotel all of a sudden. It was disgusting. The rooms are large, but the bed cover was stained and the curtains has spots on them. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it.

Great hotel in useful location

Posted Jul 18, 2016
Location: Great location for station and supermarket both of which are 1-2 mins walk. About ten mins walk from old town.
Clean practical modern hotel with excellent room-flat arrangement for our family (couple with two teenage daughters) with cooking facilities, dining table, Wi-Fi etc. Friendly staff. Reasonable price and exactly what we needed for 4 day stay in Annecy.

Doesn't look like the photos on the website

Posted Jul 17, 2016
Pros: Secure car park (although €10 per night)
Cons: No draining board for washing up, dishwasher came out dirtier than when it went in, so didn't use it again.
Location: Excellent location, 10 minute walk to lake and town centre Close to train/bus station Near a small shopping centre with large supermarket
Student-style accommodation, very restricted cooking facilities (no toaster/grill/oven). We couldn't really unpack because there was limited space for clothes storage. Expensive for what it is. The 'family' room was just a double room with a sofa bed, once the sofa bed was opened, there wasn't a lot of space and nowhere to sit apart from on the beds.
