This hotel doesn't look much from the outside but it is lovely inside, the room are really big which I now know is unusual for Japan.
The staff are really helpful and the shuttle bus from Odawara station was there waiting for us when we arrived. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay if you are looking to relax after a cold day on the Hakone loop. We stayed here after making the loop and a soak in the Onsen during the private reserved time was great! We really like Japanese food and the set dinner was not our favorite but parts were really good. Just make sure you are there on time since there are very specific times to eat. The walk is maybe 10 mins to the bus station where the rope way and pirate ship leave so its an easy walk.

The service staff were warm and polite. The onsen facility and its surroundings were quite clean. However, was a little disappointed that dinner wasn't provided on the first night we arrived. We assumed that for the price we were paying (22,500 yen/night), it would be provided for in the package. When we tried to order dinner, we were told that it would cost an additional 6000 yen per person. To make matters worse, all the restaurants and dining places nearby were already closed (~6pm) and we had to settle for snacks from the nearby convenience stores.
