This is an excellent hotel in downtown Annecy. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel had recently been renovated and everything was in great shape. The windows did a very good job of keeping out any street noise.

Great location next to the train and bus stations with easy access to the pedestrian roads for shopping or to old city. Hotel is in a modernized historic building, is clean and has a welcoming staff.

Stuffy room but clean
Lovely and friendly staff. The hotel does not turn on the AC between October and May so roms become very stuffy and hot while sleeping. Windows can be opened but generally open to the courtyard where people make noise and smoke. There were no tea or coffee in the rooms but they offer communal drinks along the stairs and during breakfast. Clean and tidy and friendly staff
