Our stay was wonderful and the staff very professional but friendly (every employee said hello to every guest). When they found out I was disabled, they immediately changed our room to a more accommodating one. The fact that each room had a kitchenette meant that we could save money on not dining out every day.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this particular hotel. Both times have been very nice. Always clean & very quite. Staff is very accommodating.

Friendly Staff. Clean. Easy access from interstate. I didn’t realize that the facility allowed pets. I’m allergic to cats and dogs. I was told that pets are allowed in all the rooms. I’m sick now. I won’t be able to stay here again. This experience taught me that I can’t stay in a pet friendly hotel.

Christmas visit.
Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the kitchen was a nice touch. Didn't have water on Christmas day but not the hotel's fault(the whole town was out). Close to restaurants and family, we were visiting.

My room had ants all over. When I told the manager she said it was normal it was due to the rain. Ants continued to bite me and my dog throughout the stay including getting in our food

Beautiful hotel and great staff!
Our stay was wonderful and I wish it could have been longer. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

Best home away from home experience!!!
We checked in with Yolanda Johnson and she was incredibly personable and helpful. She called my husband by his first name when he approached the desk and she really made us feel at home. She walked us through all the wonderful 'extras' like the social hour and breakfast and when we checked out the next morning she remembered us by name and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was GREAT! Very comfortable, I slept like a baby until 10am... not normal for us AT ALL! We will return soon!

The lobby and room very clean. Quiet. Staff great. Liked the available (even frozen) foods at the lobby. Pool very clean and sparkling. Lot kept clean. Convenient parking. Only minor thing was that the doors to bathroom and closet wouldn’t stay closed - maybe a foundation issue.

Very nice hotel the room was very clean the kitchenette was nice the only thing is house keeping never came to the room i was told by the front desk that they only clean the rooms twice a week so if you need more towels or liens you would have to call and the desk staff will bring it

The hotel and the staff were very good. It was noisy maybe from other guest and a dog was barking outside but I would stay with them again.

Enjoyed a great stay in February 2022. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. I wish they had breakfast but there are kitchens in the room to cook if you choose. Would stay here again.

I was looking forward to staying here for a family event. For ~200$ a night, I was at least expecting a decent stay. We stayed in room 304. Upon entering, noted a good amount of black hairs on top of the comforters. Good thing we brought extra blankets so our newborns didn't have to touch the linens. One of the beds had a very deep central depression on the mattress; had a hard time sleeping on it as I gave the good bed to my elderly mother. The worst part was there was no canopy over the main entrance. Lousiana ALWAYS has rain so I'm surprised it was missing. My mother with a bad knee and my newborn twins had to go through the rain to get to the car. Needless to say, we ended up with lots of wet clothes. I've stayed in better hotels in third world countries. They probably cater to strong, healthy workers in the area, but geez!
