Enjoy the room - but don't get toasted.

Check-in was great and very friendly. Key card stopped working twice. And created multiple trips to the front desk from the fourth floor. Staff was accommodating, but it still got rather frustrating. We tried the restaurant on the last morning and left with a bad experience. Ordered breakfast with toast. When it arrived, the toast was missing. We were told someone on the staff took our toast for themselves. It took approximately 10 minutes to get the toast and now we had cold eggs. After we said something, we never saw our server at our table again.
