Expensive hotel without complimentary breakfast.

Prices were high, but with the chemical projects going on in the area, it was not too surprising. We were in the area to visit our great-granddaughter. We made reservations about three months ahead to be sure to get a room. The hotel was clean, convenient and the staff was helpful. My only complaint was the lack of a complimentary breakfast that I have come to expect when traveling. It is my fault that I did not notice this when I made the reservation. I just assumed it would be available. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel, but the prices were high. Considering the already high room rate, we chose to eat elsewhere. The four other hotels in the same block were just as nice, but had complimentary breakfasts with lower room rates. I will opt for one of the other hotels on my next visit.

NICE CLEAN ROOM

Location: UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE HERE FOR A FUNERAL. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS TO EAT AT.
WE HAD A CLEAN ROOM, THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY TO US AND I WILL STAY HERE ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO SULPHUR.

Pros: This is a new hotel with excellent amenities. An onsite restuarant and bar are always good to have.
Cons: I can't think of anything that could be better.As I was pleased with the hotel and staff.

Nice hotel

We booked the room for a sleepover for 7 girls, and was told that we would have a suite with a sofa. This was just a regular room in my opinion; with a chair and ottoman. I suppose it was called a suite because there was a mini fridge and sink, but it wasn't worth the money we paid. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, but I think that it was a bit overpriced. I'm not sure if there was a convention that drove the price up, but it could have been a bit more affordable, or we could have gotten more room for the price.

Left without a room!

The lady working the graveyard shift was amazing considering we booked at the last minute due to the recent SWA debacle.

Decent for the night

We booked it to be near the casinos. Which it was closer to sulfur than the casinos. It was not a far drive but further than they gave the impression on its description. Our cable didn't work on one room but they quickly upgraded us to a nicer room. But the floor we moved to had the AC set at 85 in the hallways and it smelled like throw up and diarrhea. It was enough to make you gag! The room itself was nice though. And staff was overly friendly.
