Rooms and casino are definitely dated. Not worth $300-400 a night on a weekend. Hot water in room was hot. Cold water in room was hot. Very odd. Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room that smelled like cigars. Desk clerk lacked basic knowledge of the English language so I was frustrated and stayed in the room. My key stopped working on day 2. After 10pm no one answers a phone on property and there were no clerks at the desk, on a very busy weekend. There is no room service, so after 10pm it’s a plastic wrapped sandwich or a lucky dog, and there were 35 people in line for the hot dog. On a positive note, most of the employees are friendly and helpful. At the same time however, there are front line workers in the restaurants and hotel that are not happy to be employed. Rude.

We had 2 rooms for 1 night, both rooms were unacceptable. One of the rooms had a fish smell right by the bed like someone got sick in it and it wasn't cleaned. The other room had a dirty tissue in the sheets. I expected better being the price was over $300 per night per room.

I loved the Spa. It was exceptionally nice. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. The property needs to be updated. Everything was dark and dreary. Our room was musty, water dripping constantly in the tub and the room phone was broken.

There were NO TOWELS available for use while visiting the pool area. The attendant said we could purchase towels in the hotel lobby area! Took approximately 4 hrs for clean towels. I could understand if the pool area was crowded but if there were 30 people in the pool that was too many.

The hotel has its name but looks like it’s outdated and the service has not improved. We chose a non smoking room but the room itself smells a casino. I’m not joking I got home and the night stuff I used all smelled smoke. We checked in early but into our room almost 6pm and guess what? There are no towels in the room after a long exhausting day for us in the road. And so I called the number/s , it’s all been busy until midnight?! No service help available. I would think if I called 911 neither the hotel would know anything happening as such.

L’Auberge was beautiful! It’s so big, the staff are friendly and the room we stayed in was updated and clean. Me and my boyfriend definitely plan on coming back for a longer stay to check out the resort part.

The place was nice some of the staff was very nice . The person at the front desk was very helpful about getting us all in the same area and making sure we didn't get a smoking room.

The smoke smell was literally everywhere. Our room smelled musky. If it weren't for the incredibly smokey casino we would have been able to play but our group had red eyes within an 30 min. It's unfortunate . Pool area was beautiful. Happy hour at Johnnys was great and our server was fabulous.

Front desk staff inadequate , rude / unprofessional attitude especially the younger ones . Room needed repairs : faucets , missing shower curtain liner , stained worn carpet , headboards were damaged and covered due to damage , furniture drawers broken and dirty inside , room cleaning staff uncooperative , late dining options limited to a sandwich shop . This location desperately needs updating and retraining of staff .

The time in line to check in is exhausting, and there should be a better process. Although there is a priority line, should no negate those who arrive as well for check in to be set aside while priority people continue to get served. For instance I was in line with about 5 people behind me and at the moment it was two people in priority, the another four came in priority tat pushed my wait time further, because those four still got serve before me plus the two that was already there. That is ridiculous.

Hotel room itself is quiet and clean. I thought we had a frig in our room but we didn’t. Tried to ask housekeeping about getting one. They were not very helpful. The casino I wasn’t impressed with. Not as many machines as one would expect for the size hotel. Payout not good.
