We go the Lake Charles quite a bit and even though the hotel is still on renovations, you would never have been able to tell.

Ok but not worth the money

Bad bed fridge didn't work bulbs out in bathroom. Where was their quality control person. Breakfast was hot but didn't taste that good.

Close to casinos

Pros: Location. Close to shopping and resteraunts and casinos.
Room was good. Elevator was slow and noisy. Breakfast was not as good as usual. Large screen TV did not have the scoreboard on the screen during football games. One of the electrical plugs did not work. Quality of the Hotel not like it was a year ago.

hot tub and pool needed cleaning. hot tub non functional. breakfast help could use some improvement.
