Exactly what I paid for, great hotel to arrive at 9pm, get some sleep in a clean place and leave by 7am to continue driving. Nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast included but a pretty lame one.

No lamps. Only overhead lights too bright. Why waffles? With nothing to go with them. No meats No eggs. No utensils.No.bowels for cereal. It's ok. Accept occasionally train to wake you. Water pressure low. Clean room. Would have no problem using again

I like that the hotel is pet friendly and no cost for 1 pet, very clean, no carpet in rooms, and smells awesome. You can’t even tell it’s a dog friendly hotel and won’t smell like it either. Rooms are cleaned to perfection and the maid staff does a great job at cleaning. The only this is the water pressure being low to shower other than that perfect. I had a relaxing and pleasant stay and will stay again at this hotel when I come back. Looking for a clean and relaxing hotel well this is the one to book. Staff were amazing from the time I checked in to the time I checked out.

The room was clean from what we could see but if you want to be woken up by trains blowing their horns at ALL hours of the night this is the spot. It was impossible to sleep even with earplugs I would drift off and be scared awake by a train horn which is right behind the hotel. Area around was just okay not a place you’d want to stroll around.

Did not get the suite booked, but paid same price. Tape all over ceiling from previous guest decorations. Large orange stain in center of bottom sheet and top cover filthy - we slept on top of sheets and hauled but before 7 am TERRIBLE! Spoke with front desk on way out all we got was sorry.

I made 2 reservations same last names but different first names the front desk girl kept asking if I was sure it was 1 adult no kids no pets and I had to tell her yes the other one room is for my parents she acted like she didn’t believe me. Other than that everything was fine

There was absolutely zero soap in the room, not even to wash my hands. Hallways have a loud echo so when people are walking down the hall in the middle of the night talking, it is very loud. Bed was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. Address shows that it’s in Lake Charles but it’s outside of Lake Charles proper.
