The shower was dirty and had mold and mildew . The traffic noise kept us awake for hours.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Your experience is below our standard.I have notified the leadership team of the dirty shower and mildew, so this does not occur again. Unfortunately, we are located right next to our 210 bypass, we do offer a sound machine in case some guests are light sleepers, which can be located at our front desk. I hope you choose to stay with us again in the future.

I normally don’t leave poor reviews but i wasn’t comfortable at my stay this week the ac must not have been working we all woke up sweating all throughout the night and nothing was sad even the hallways was hot. Room wasn’t too clean had to wipe down things myself before using it and the breakfast wasn’t good the Frist day management decided to not put meat out just bread, and this morning breakfast didn’t look too appetizing i look for hotels with breakfast included for a reason. It wasn’t a horrible stay just not the best. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

Besides the casinos, the hotel reviews in this area are terrible. This was one of the few hotels that had alright reviews. It did not disappoint. It was clean and not in disrepair. It was very expensive even for a Marriott property but the rates were higher than normal due to a college basketball tournament in town. It was clean and comfortable but I do feel it was severely overpriced.

My kids were looking forward to swimming and the pool was not maintained or even have pool party so it was closed. Only one elevator was working so long waits and riding up and down a lot trying to get to the first floor. The stairs didn't have an exit... which was odd and inconvenient for only one working elevator. I always like Marriotts but I'll never stay at this one again.

As far as the pool, it was a last-minute closure as the equipment wasn't operating properly and additional maintenance was needed to be performed .I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Room was clean Different layout with an extra Small Sink in with a toilet in a small room Regular vanity in area with the shower. Breakfast was good. I liked the Bold coffee but my Husband was not a fan. Pillows were Terrible! Bed was comfortable.
