Don't stay here

The first night there the restroom was dirty they had to come back and clean it then the shower drain was clogged and the person at the front desk offer for me to go get a plugger to unclog myself like really I'm supposed to do that and the room was non-smoking and it smelled liked someone had smoked in there before I got there I had to go by air freshener to make the room smell decent for my stay there I would not stay there again

Visiting Casinos

The hotel was as described by previous guests... you get what you pay for. The room smelled clean but you can tell others were smoking around us, but since we were visiting all the local casinos we expected to smell like smoke. The staff was super friendly and provided us with a map and extra towels.

Nice hotel, close to casinos, food, and shopping

My one problem with this hotel was that there was no elevator & we were on floor 2.

Bad Choice

Pros: The television worked.
Cons: Everything from the staff to the condition of the rooms.
Location: Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
We booked this hotel based on the 3.9 overall rating it had received and we were hoping to save some money. Wrong choice! Room smelled terrible, plaster over holes in walls and doors. We were moved to another room, the heater didn't work. Maintenance man took a long time to show up, had a dip in his mouth so large that we couldn't understand what he was saying. Finally the manager came and fixed it. The words on the controls were missing so we couldn't tell where to turn it to activate heater. Uncomfortable beds, fixtures old and worn, shower curtain bleached yellow and frayed, grout missing on bathroom tile. The manager that came to fix the heater said the owner of the property lives in California and pays little attention to the property and that's why it's in the shape it's in.No elevator and the carpeted stairs were filthy. Front desk attendant was on her cell phone with her feet propped up when we went stopped to ask a question. She stood up from the chair but still had here phone to her ear while she assisted us. The last straw was the homeless man that was sitting on his walker chair in the side entrance way, drinking a forty ounce of malt liquor and smoking. We are from this area and went home to visit family so we weren't expecting the best for this particular location but we sure didn't expect it to be this bad. First time to stay at one of this brand of hotel and it will be the last.
