The only thing missing was the roaches

Hotel is an older property, but the rooms were dirty from hair on the shower walls to the carpet and bathroom floor needing a good cleaning. But the topper was the light, coffee pot, alarm clock, and the frig plugged into an extension cord.

Pros: it was clean and beds were comfortable
Cons: had a nice weight room but cant use in summer needs to be airconditioned that works
babe ruth state 6u games. close to ball fields. was here for 3days. would come back to stay.

Family reunion

Overall good weekend stay this hotel was pretty full and the staff still keeped up well. The pool was maintained and the hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again

Horrible customer service at desk

Needed a quick room for the night because of storms and we couldn't continue our drive north. It wasn't part of the plan to have to spend the night at a hotel so we chose to use hotel booking site in an attempt to save money. As we were checking in and the reservationist (who was a manager and in the process of training a new associate) said, "Oh well you booked through a third party so hold on, I've got a room for you" She then said, "it may smell of pets because this is a pet room". When I explained that it wasn't what I requested she informed me that I chose the third party and THEY chose the pet room for me. No where at all did I ever request a pet room. She was so rude and clearly not happy with our choice to use a third party booking site.

Overnight stay to get the grand kids.

Cons: The only major thing that I would suggest would be to come up with at devise to keep the drape contained so the air is not blocked from the room.
Check in was pleasant with the staff allowing us to look at the room prior the actually checking in. This was the first time staying at this facility. Although the hotel is an older facility the room was clean, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast area was clean and the food was good for what was offered. Upon closer review of the room, it had had several repairs in the bathroom area that could have been done better with the finishes on the ceiling really rough. The bed was comfortable and slept well. Overall the room was pleasant with our stay only being one night. I guess that for what we paid for the room we got our moneys worth and I don't feel like we were disappointed with our stay.

Would not stay again

Cons: facility needs repair, not just painted to cover up issues
Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and lots of other guests smoked and drank in parking lot area. Carpet looked relatively new and beds/towels appeared clean. Overall condition was well worn. Staff were friendly.

Unclean rooms

Pros: The front desk staff was nice.
Cons: Rooms need to be cleaner.
Location: A MUST Do is tubing at Ichetucknee Springs State Park.
Rooms was not ready to check in at 3 pm. There was hair in the sink, the shower curtain was ripped, the tub was not clean.

Disgusting!

At night this hotel has locked doors with a security window to checkin. It takes 10-minutes just to check in. Then, when you get your room, you are hit with a smell...wow. If I wasn't dead-tired and afraid I'd wreck my car I would have left that instant. I took off my shoes and no kidding, my feet got black from the dirty carpets. The bed was old and hard. The sink was dirty. The bathroom looked like something out of a horror movie. Do Not Use This Hotel. Don't be tricked be the 3-star look on the outside, and the 2-3 star price.. It's a Zero Star Trap.
