The lady at the front desk was amazing and provided great customer service. The hotel was very dated and needs repairs. There was also a droplet of urine on the toilet seat. Thankfully I travel with cleaning products and I was too exhausted to change rooms.

Construction work was going on Saturday night until a little after 6 o’clock. When we walked into the room, there was so much disinfectant used. My wife asthma was activated. We had to open the window. The window only opened about 6 inches turn the air conditioner on to try to clear the air. We were very disappointed with the entire experience.

Shower was cold, if hot it was only a moment. Everything was pretty dated and the whole hotel smelled of smoke, even though it is a smoke free hotel. No notice was provided that construction was ongoing prior to our arrival, and water was off. Being in town for a family funeral, this complicated our ability to prepare. Instructions were to put towels on floor for replacement, but those were taken and no replacements were left. Beds were terribly soft, and I am now home but in pain with little sleep. Staff didn't seem to care when they asked how our stay was. Just blank stare given when I said we would not be back. We will not be back.

Front desk lady acted as if she was going to fall asleep as she checked us in at 7:00 p.m. She had a hard time completing the check in process. Room was clean but the hallway outside our room hadn’t been vacuumed in days!

It's an average hotel. Room was clean enough. They didn't clean it the first day (language barrier with cleaning staff) but did the second. And there was no hot water this morning so we couldn't shower, which was annoying. At the desk they said the fire department turned it off. Not sure what that's all about, but it was inconvenient. Overall, we've stayed twice and it's fine. About average for this area.

Hotel in need of deep cleaning. :(
The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was dated and in need of a thorough cleaning. Room smelled musty. Carpet throughout hotel, including our room was dirty. Elevator smelled awful. Breakfast was very disappointing. Biscuits were dry and stale, eggs were cold and tasteless. We saw several people throwing plates of breakfast in the trash. :(

I’m shocked Marriott allows this to be in their brand. The property was a disaster. We were given 2 tiny pillows for 2 people. When I asked the front desk for more I was told “they had ran out and needed them for other guests” Not a single staff member that I encountered wore a uniform. The tub looked like something out of a horror movie. The mirror had been cleaned with soap instead of windex so I had to clean it myself in order to see anything. The sheet came off the bed at one point to show the most disgusting mattress I’ve ever seen. I am a lifetime platinum elite Marriott member and was just completely shocked by this experience. Fairfield Inn is usually a solid brand and I love Marriott but this was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Would not ever go back there. Marriott needs to look at this property and reconsider putting their name on it.

Missing Hair Dryer
The hair dryer was missing from out room, and by the time another one was delivered is was too late for my wife to use. The staff was very busy, the hotel was full and it could not be avoided. Maybe have a checklist to make sure all items are in the room before signing off that it's ready for customers.

I liked where this property was located. Very quiet area. Outside walkway and area around the parking/front needs a little attention with landscaping. Overall, very good.

I took a 7 day, 6 night journey from Ca to Fl and this was the worst place I stayed. They advertise as pet friendly but when you get there they charge you $100 for your pet. They try telling you that everyone does it, but out of the 6 hotels I stayed across the US they were the only ones. They are NOT pet friendly. This was the only place I did not feel welcome with my miniature dachshund who is a registered ESA and not even technically considered a pet. The front desk lady was extremely rude and combative. The rooms smelled damp and musky, and were not very nice. The bathroom tub floor was peeling. There was no 1 vending machine or anything in that hotel so at 11pm when we were looking for water we could find none to even purchase. Literally not 1 vending machine. The guy at the front desk wass asleep and snoring. The absolute worse hotel I have every stayed in. I'll never stay in a Fairfield or Marriot again and I do not reccomend for anyone to stay there. It's not like this was a cheap hotel, there were plenty of other options of places to stay for the same price or better, and I regret booking this hotel. Marriot should be ashamed.
