Clean and quiet

Diappointed that the pool was unser renovatiobns other than that this was a clean and quiet hotel for the price

Was close to main highways and shops. The breakfast was nice just no breakfast meat. Staff was warm and friendly.

I will make mention of this to my breakfast staff to ensure we are doing our best as Brand Ambassadors for our hotel. We're told when we arrived that both pool and fitness center were out of commission. Not cool, no credits offered or given. Hotel staff not helpful. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in as there was only one employee that night. Won't be back.

I apologize your stay is not quite what you anticipated. Due to unforeseen occurrences our pool/spa/fitness center is out of order being renovated at this time. However, we have a sign posted at the front desk making our guests aware of this issues. Also at check in we even have all our guest sign a form stating you have been made aware that you have the right to cancel without any penalties even though we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy, we are actually waiving this for the guest that feel they will be impacted by these amenities being out. I do apologize for the delay you had at check in, offering a quick check in process is always our goal. I'm truly sorry we fell short it seems. I do hope you would consider to give us another chance to earn back your loyalty.

One night stay on the way to Florida. Check in was choppy, was not told info about breakfast or about pool being closed. BUT was later contacted by manager who explained they were training and she shared my concerns with the appropriate person and gave us a discount since pool was inoperable. So, very satisfied with that response! A beautifully modern eating area and lobby. The room was nice and clean. Desk help was great for later giving me a suggestion on who to call for food delivery. Overall, I would certainly stay at this hotel again!!

Weekend get away

Nice hotel wiyh a decent enough breakfast. The bed was rather hard for my taste. Unfortunately, the day we checked in the hotel had a major fire with the pool pump equipment, so there was no pool or hot tub available. But, I do have to say, they did an amazing job containing the damages. So much so that you would never had known unless you went to use the pool. The manager went above and beyond to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your recent stay. I have to brag on my staff for the tremendous amount of team spirit while we went through the unimaginable with this fire. Due to quick thinking of my staff and following proper policy and procedures, we were able to get everything back to normal best that it could have been under these circumstances. It was frustrating to not be able to offer the use of the pool/spa/fitness center to our guests, most were very understanding and very grateful no one was hurt. We did our best to ensure a seamless transition that day as to still exceed our guest expectations no matter what the circumstances. I'm happy we were able to help compensate for the inconvenience, and we look forward to you staying with us again, under better circumstances. I will forward your review for my staff to hear, it's because of comments like these that let us know we are keeping our promises to our guest. Take care.
