Fabulous breakfast, loved the dove products, staff and cleaning crew always smiling very kind. Only change i would make, the bathtub was VERY slippery, there was no non slip matt and my young daughter fell badly and hit her head. Id do something about that bc it could be a real safety liability. Id fully recomment this hotel to all people.

No soap. Asked for it twice. Maid never cleaned room, only left clean towels. No coffee in room after first day. Light bulbs missing (but that did get fixed). Worst maid service in 30 years of traveling.

Easy access to i10 and close to gas stations and shopping. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. TV didn’t work and they didn’t offer any type of credit for the inconvenience or to change my room. Staff isn’t the best but overall a good place to spend a night when you’re on the road. Full breakfast and clean rooms.

Room 225 had a serious mold issue. Me and my buddy checked out after two nights in there and we started feeling really ill on the drive home. So bad we had to pull off the road.

It was a nice hotel for the area. I would stay there again. The lobby was small and not as inviting as hotels with an open concept. Breakfast had oatmeal with various toppings, a cute pancake maker, eggs, and a good variety of meats. The beds were high and difficult for us shorter people to climb into 😄. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Great stay for the races
I can't say anything negative about this hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel and room were clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, tv was large and had plenty of channels including hbo. Decor was tidy and modern. I never made it to breakfast but it smelled great! It's only 35 minutes to All-Tech raceway. Will stay here again next time we are in town for the races.

I stayed on 10/5 for one night and it was terrible. I have never stayed in hotel this bad in my life! I was visiting family in the area with my two young daughters and checked into the hotel to drop off our bags and then headed back out. When I first got in the room I noticed a strong chemical smell and noticed the ceiling was covered in mildew and the shower was gross. Then we noticed everything was soaked in the room even the beds. When I tried to switch to a different room they were sold out. I checked other hotels in the area and they were sold out too. Thankfully the front desk clerk came up at 12am to change the bedding. I was seriously concerned for our health staying in a damp mildew room. But I had no other options so I opened a window and tried to get some sleep. Woke up throughout the night with a pounding headache and checked out first thing in the morning. Hotel management took over 10 days to get back to me after and refused to do anything about it. They should be ashamed of their hotel conditions and customer service. I will never stay at this hotel again and neither will any of my family!

The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. Check-in is quick and easy. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean and quiet. I love the breakfast variety and the cleanliness of the dining area. The coffee is always on point and plentiful! Every time I'm in the area, I will choose this location for my stay.

I apologize that your stay was not up to your standards. Stayover services only includes, changingyour towels and emptying your trash. You have to request full service if you want your beds to be changed and made. I hope you will give us the opportunity to make this up to you.

Great location right off the interstate in a safe area. Quick walk to plaza with numerous food and shopping options. Room was good and breakfast had more options than typical free hotel breakfasts.

At least got a good night sleep
Was driving through town and needed a stay to rest . Arrived late to the hotel which was very dark. Parking lot was dark and was worried about my vehicle. The room was okay but I’ve have to say the bed was amazingly comfortable
