Incredible view!!
We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

Location location
Hotel is in a fantastic location and the reception staff were great. Breakfast could be improved with more variety but was still good. Pity the first floor restaurant was closed.

AMAZING HOTEL!
I never do reviews, but this place HONESTLY deserves it! My husband and I had such an amazing time here. The hotel is clean, the staff are SO FRIENDLY and they genuinely have EXCELLENT one to one service. You felt very cared for there. They have excellent breakfast with amazing views. They have an incredible terrace where they serve drinks and snacks. We went here every evening to watch the sunset because it was honestly the nicest place to be in bellagio. When we were leaving, they looked up train and ferry schedules for us to get to the airport in Milan, and throughout our stay, they gave us schedules and recommendations constantly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Definitely going back!!!!

Wonderful Hotel in Great Location
Had an amazing time in Bellagio staying at this hotel. Everyone was welcoming friendly and helpful. The location is perfect too. Lovely roof terrace. Make sure you reserve parking if needed as there is very little.

We had a spacious room which was cleaned every day. The breakfast room has an amazing view of the lake - unbeatable. The buffet at breakfast had enough variety. The walls were a little thin as we could hear conversation from another room. The cocktails in the bar downstairs were great and not overpriced. The location is perfect - at the centre of Bellagio with all the restaurants and easy to catch boats/bus nearby. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Great hotel with a luxury feel
Perfect for enjoying Lake Como. Remember to enjoy the view from the roof terrace. The drive through the pedestrian zone is a bit off putting when arriving by car, but don’t be alarmed.

This hotel was a real delight, the location Looking at the lake couldn’t have been better, the staff were wonderful, we would strongly recommend this hotel if you are considering a trip.

Amazing Hotel
10/10 for this hotel. Amazing location with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Family run and it shows. The faultless service and friendliness of everyone is just fantastic. Rooms are immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice and more stunning views from the breakfast balcony. We will absolutely be returning to Hotel Du Lac!

Amazing hotel
We had a wonderful stay. The family who run it go over and above to make your stay perfect. We had the most incredible room overlooking the lake and the hotel gave us a bottle of prosecco on arrival as we were celebrating our anniversary. The breakfast was nice, the roof terrace had amazing views and we did get to use the pool down the road. It is a bit of a walk but it was lovely to have a pool to use! The location of this hotel is perfect. Right on the doorstep to the ferry in Bellagio. You couldnt get better.

Great hotel in a beautiful location.
Was amazed to get such a nice lake view room at the last minute booking. Amazing location at the water taxi stop for Bellagio. Nice, comfortable room with a huge bed, great view. The restaurant in the Otel had wonderful food and great friendly service. I will go back for sure.

day 2 I moved to a new room with it's own balcony next to the roof deck. it was great. the breakfast was wonderful, couldn't beat the location nor the super friendliness and help of the staff starting with the front deck people. My friends stayed down the road at the Villa Serbolini. I think they paid for one night what I paid for 3! also within a quick walk to all of the town and many good restaurants.

I absolutely loved this location! The staff was amazing. The rooms had a little character and a great view. The breakfast was very filling and delicious. I highly recommend eating at their restaurant, it was the best meal we had in Italy. Their pizza, creme brûlée and tiramisu was amazing!!

This property was ideal. It was right on the lake front opposite the ferry terminal. It was a great little find. Unfortunately, due to the time of year we went (late October) Bellagio was winding down for the season, so the rooftop bar at the hotel wasn’t open. The staff were friendly and helpful, you were able to contact them from the room which is a rarity. I would definitely recommend this hotel and Bellagio to anyone wanting to visit Lake Como and would definitely stay again

A very good hotel in a good but very busy location
Great location if you want to be near everything ie shops & ferries. However a lot of people/tourists crowding the immediate area. The hotel was excellent except for their ground floor restaurant which badly needed much better management as service was very poor or non existent because of this. Wifi very slow and often non existent. Staff in the hotel were excellent.

The hotel is perfectly located in Bellagio, across from the ferries and facing the lake, in the center of town. Rooms are well maintained. They serve a more than ample breakfast buffet. The staff is polite and efficient. The hotel takes a minimalist attitude toward bathroom amenities, with none other than soft soap.

The property is in the center of Bellagio, which makes it the perfect location. The Rooms were compact, but the views from the balcony left you awestruck. The rooftop bar was amazing for views and meeting other guests. The most incredible staff was made up of mostly family, who made you feel extremely welcomed, gave great recommendations for sight seeing and worked hard to meet your every need. There is a private and secure parking garage, if you make arrangements in advance. Breakfast is included in the price which is very reasonable.

Hotel Du Lac is beyond magical! The staff is above & beyond helpful, enormous breakfast selection, exceptionally clean room with the most comfy bed, location, location, location! The ferry is steps away to transport you to your destinations. The food is fantastic & the view is simply fantastic! No need to research other properties, you will have the best stay at Hotel Du Lac Bellagio hands down! The view at sunrise & sunset from the terrace overlooking beautiful Lake Como is breathtaking. Highly Recommend this location & if we are fortunate enough to travel back to Bellagio this is the place for us!!!!

The hotel is charming with older but comfortable, large rooms. There is a nice rooftop terrace with incredible views of the lake and a daily happy hour. Perfect place to enjoy a drink and a view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and provided great recommendations for dinner. One morning, we overslept the breakfast hours, but they still accommodated us in their regular restaurant. Additionally, It is conveniently located near the ferry ports. Highly recommend.

The rooms had recently been refurbished and were crisp and clean in appearance with very comfortable furnishings and beds. Nice bathroom, good linens and towels. The restaurant on the first floor was marvellous and the food very high end. The ground floor restaurant is comfortable with local foods available ... a member of staff made an error with our order and a more senior member came to make amends very quickly. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with wonderful views across to the Alps in the distance and from Bellagio (Lake Como) to Menaggio on the opposite shore. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Would highly recommend this hotel.
