My reservation was incorrect. The women at check in refused to run my card for the room, but had tried to run it twice before I checked in. She called to confirm I was coming, made it clear I would pay at property, she then attempted to run my card for two rooms. When I called she attempted to run my card again, after I again stated that I would pay upon arrival at property. Once I arrived at property, she saw my card and refused to run it, stating that the hotel doesn’t accept that banks debit card or my visa credit card. I was confused. She then canceled my reservations or so she said, the next night another attempt to run my card occurred.
