Smelled musty.

The lobby and exterior were pretty nice but the room was very musty. The pool was very murky and my kids found a pill on the floor in the room.

Very nice Room

Staff was very nice and check in was quick we were so tired from a day of driving hot tub was a great place to unwind views were beautiful too

Pros: location
Cons: dont promise what you can not fix
Location: well located to everthing
mgmt does not follow through with what they promised to fix the sink

Might consider again

Arrived late , tired , had to change rooms, air conditioning not working. Second room with functioning air , but tv remote not working or tv, dirty microwave with old food, no shampoo, and found an opened used bar of soap next to sink?? Very disappointed and will not stay at this particular hotel, but will consider other best western hotels.

This is a Best Western Plus so you'll get eggs and bacon in addition to the usual waffles for breakfast. Kitchen and overall property clean. Friendly staff/quiet location. This property has a fitness room and one set of washer/dryer for laundry. You can get soap and quarters at the front. $1.50/load. Property has one entrance so you won't be parking right in front of your room. Nit-Pickies: 1. My card was coded for my room, but not the overall property. I had to have my card coded to get into the laundry room. I was locked out of the building when I ate breakfast on the patio. I was locked out from the interior restroom when using the pool, but will admit with regards to the pool issue, it was already past checkout. I get you need to secure the building, but active room keys should work everywhere during your stay. 2. Visible stains on chair ottoman and desk chair. I really don't sit on these things typically anyway, but thought I'd let the hotel know those areas need some cleaning. Room 308 3. The bed was too hard for me but could be great for those that prefer firm beds.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my grandson and had an absolute ball. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean Breakfast was awesome and pool was great ! Would definitely stay again

The room was really spacious, comfort and the breakfast was served well :) Small hotel but very cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

forced to stay in handicap room

Pros: convenient access to freeway. Breakfast choices were good.
Cons: better bathroom.
Location: had excellent dinner at vincenzo's which was within walking distance. portions were large.
Did not book a handicap room but hotel was sold out and we were forced to stay in a handicap room which has a tiny sink (like at a dentist) with almost no counter space in the bathroom. Also could not enter the side door with room key.
