Unclean and very much in need of upgrading

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything
Location: St.Elsinore. Shopping.
Broken furniture,dirty bathroom and carpet. Very disappointing . Unable to cancel last night. Unpleasant manager .

Very nice hotel close to the event I was their for

The staff was very nice and accommodating th pool is not ment for use because it is not taken care of but the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable

decent stay

Pros: I've stayed here before and recognized several of the staff. Good to see they retain people.
Cons: Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.
Was visiting family in the area, hotel provided rooms for several of us.

Ok hotel..

We stay in this hotel not knowing that it was Snoop Dogg's concert that weekend. There was loud music and noise all night. Tons of people going in and out all hours for the night. I called front desk to complain and he said he was going to take care of it...The music did stop but not the loud voices. At check out, front desk did compensate us for the inconvenience. They do have an indoor pool but its not heated or clean. My girls was upset because they couldn't go in. One other thing is the freeway noise all night.. Breakfast was great.. lots of protein choices. Girls were happy!

Everything went smooth. Check in fast and easy. Safe parking. Clean room. What more could i ask for.

Convenient to the area while visiting

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room we were assigned had a bathroom in poor repair. The shower faucet leaked about as much water as flowed from the shower head and mildew was growing around the poorly sealed tub surround. The room window refrigeration unit made so much noise that we did not utilize it.

Nice hotel

Cons: Beds are too firm.
We enjoyed our stay, but the bed was too firm for me. I didn't get much sleep.

If something happens to your room they'll change you around but dont expect them to help you move your stuff or compensate you in any way for any inconvenience.

Served its purpose

Overall could have been better, lampshades were damaged, not a lot of hot water in the shower and a very noisy a/c unit that I had to ask for twice to fix. Served its purpose which was a comfy bed and place to crash on my road trip. But complaints were met with a sorry shrug and no compensation was even offered. Will stay somewhere else next time
