It is good to stay in this hotel... It has everything you need... To go breakfast... Service is great...

Unclean and unsatisfactory.

I've no idea why but I was in a handicap room. There was a plunger in the bathroom sitting there. the room was dirty it was just it just Dusty dingy the cleaning people did not assist one thing at all they did not bring towels did not clean the room just knocked on the door to kick you out. I had to yell back in English. Towels please. The only bright spot was cute little Bridgett working there. Other than her forget this place. What a dunp.

Extended stay is lucky to have them 10/10!!! Processional, Punctual and Positive. I would want them to represent my business and company. Loyal ladies and an asset most definitely!

very dirty, short on staff

Pros: FRONT DESK LADIES, TRIED THERE BEST TO ACCOMODATE US, BUT THEY COULD'T
Cons: ALOT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED...
Location: BUSINESS ALL AROUND THE LOCATION, THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM
I DONT COMPLAIN MUCH BUT THIS HAPPEN TO BE THE WORST RESERVATION I HAVE EVER MADE. PARKING LOT DIRTY WAS MY FIRST SIGN, LOBBY DIRTY, FRONT DESK LADY WAS NICE, WHEN WE CHECKED INTO OUR ROOM WE NO APPLIANCES, TOILET DIDNT WORK (WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO MAINTENCE FOR THE DAY HAVE LEFT EARLY) SO IN OTHER WORDS WE WERE STUCK W A NON FUNCTION BATHROOM AND WAS NOT OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM. CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE COMFORTER IN A NON SMOKING ROOM, NO REMOTE AND NO PLUG CORD FOR THE TV, WE HAD ONLY ONE PILLOW, WE ASKED FOR ADDTIONAL AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF PILLOWS.. REALLY !!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... WOULD I SUGGEST THIS HOTEL ABSOLUTLY NOT.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NO ONE. I CALLED THERE ADMIN COMPLAIN LINE AND COMPLAINT WAS REPORTED AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK WITHIN 24HRS, WILL UNTIL TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT RECVD THAT CALL.... SO THUMBS DOWN

Convenient (for us) location...

Pros: The price was reasonable...The location.
Cons: The elevator door was barely sliding at the second floor
Location: Close to the police station.
Needs upgrading of common spaces. People working on dilapidated cars on the parking lot. At 1:30 am we woke up by the sound of what sounded like a freight train. It was the car engine the "mechanic" decided to test at that time!!

I alway stay in this hotel during my trips Lake Forest. I like it for good price and comfort.

Black mold in the air conditioning units when you turn it on a terrible smell and black mold particles blowing out. Also should of known by "Extended stay" that is was going to be a safe haven for drug addicts not to mention the vehicle burglary we witnessed at 3 am at that point we decided to check out and not finish our stay!!

One Step Above a Motel 6

Hotel was advertised to have pool, rollaways/cots and breakfast. It didn't have those things except a "continental breakfast" that started at 6:30. Rooms are old and outdated with uncomfortable beds. Blankets and pillows stiff. Smells of smoke and old food fill the halls and stairways. Contractors smoking pot and drinking beer in the parking lot. For the area we were in, I was highly disappointed.

Low end hotel, dirty room smells,

First I blame expedían because the poor hotel clerk could not get my reservation to show up. I was exhausted and had to stand there with her for almost an hour why she tried to contact expedían with no success!!! I will never use your site again!! Worst experience!! Second the lobby is dirty run down, the elevator sounds like it’s going to break!! The room stunk and was not that clean!!
