This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay
The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bottle of bubbly was very much appreciated. The food at the hotel restaurant was really tasty and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Included continental breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from, and it was all really tasty - I found it funny that the "daily special" was exactly the same every day, though I had it every day because I really liked. Indoor and outdoor pools very well kept, with lounge chairs, along with sauna/steam room and gym access was very pleasant.

Very nice hotel and golf resort. Great location near to major highway access points and 5 minutes to Lake Garda. Several pools were great and excellent breakfast buffet. Only complaints were 2 days without air conditioning during brutal heat wave and attitude of customer service was very authoritarian and not customer focused.

Not worth the cost to stay here.
The most horrible stay ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, the air conditioning was broken. We were not provided with any additional comforts. I approached the front desk and they refused to give discount on the cost of the room. No cold bottlerd water was provided or any other compensation for having to endure the hot 34 degrees heat at night. At check out I requested the name of the hotel manager so that I could contact them to discuss the stay and the inexperienced high school student said that it is against hotel policy to give out the name of the manager. It was absolutely a complete disappointment. I left my contact information but of course o one has ever called me or emailed.

We arrived and found ourselves with a nicer room than expected from the photos on the web site. That night there was a storm which short circuited the air conditioning. By the morning the room was very warm so we asked what was going on. We were told it was just a temporary problem. By the second day we still had no information and no air con. The temperature in our room overnight was 31-32c. Impossible to sleep. On the third day there was still no information about a fix so I asked for a fan which appeared later in the day. We stayed 6 nights with no air conditioning and no information offered unless we asked and then we were just told they couldn't do anything because they were waiting for a part to arrive. We were also told by the manager it was only a couple of days when we know it started on our first night with the storm because a staff member told us. After a lengthy argument on check out we finally received a reduction and had to sign a waiver to any future claim. The customer service was terrible. Smiling doesn't cost anything... On other subjects the food was generally good and the pools were lovely although the ones away from the main family pool could do with some attention on the tiling and sunbeds

Clean,comfortable and quiet
A nice clean room with beautiful surroundings. 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool. 1 sauna wasn't working. The hotel consists of a few buildings and we stayed on one of the outer buildings so it was nice and quiet.

Lovely hotel and grounds
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was great everything you could think of and to sit outside with the lovely views was bliss. Would recommend it. There was a shuttle bus into town, free, which was very handy.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine gute Lage direkt am Golfplatz und der Nähe zu Peschiera del Garda. Vor allem die Zimmer sind leider total veraltet und müssten längst renoviert werden. Das eher einfache Frühstück (keine frischen Säfte, magere Brotauswahl) wird im ohne Stil eingerichteten Golfrestaurant oder auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Wlan gab es weder in unserem Zimmer noch im Frühstücksrestaurant. Eigentlich fand man nur mehr oder weniger guten Empfang bei der Reception. An den Pools haben wir zu jeder Zeit freie Liegestühle gefunden.

Nul ! Cher et sans confort !! J ai payé 185€ pour une nuit pour 3, l’hôtel annonce une Clim mais elle ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre ! 30 degrés pour dormir Et quand on se plaint à l’accueil elle nous répond : « Je peux vous prêter ça si ça vous dérange vraiment » ( en désignant le ventilateur … Le lendemain 9h plus d’eau dans l’hôtel … sympa pour la douche … Même pas des escuses sur quand je contacte l établissement pour me plaindre … Passez votre chemin cet hôtel est très cher pour ce que c’est …

Tökéletesen elégedettek voltunk mindennel.A legszuperebb 2 szobát kaptuk,közel az étteremhez és a medencékhez.Igazi gyerekparadicsom az egész komplexum.Maximálisan kutyabarát.A személyzet mosolygós és kedves.Bármilyen kérésünk,kérdésünk volt,azonnal teljesítették.Tiszta szobák,rendezett kert. A kutyussal is mehettünk a medencék körüli zöld területre,sőt még az étterembe is,így felhőtlen és nyugodt volt az egész nyaralás. Szívből ajánlom családosoknak,kutyusos gazdiknak!Köszönünk mindent!

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, der kostenlose Shuttle in den Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert und war hilfreich. Der Check-in war trotz vorherigem Online-Check-in etwas unnötig kompliziert, da man sich bei der Ankunft zuerst im Active Hotel melden musste um dann in das Parkhotel geschickt zu werden in dem man dann die Zimmerkarte erhalten hat für ein Zimmer das im Activ Hotel war. Schade war auch, dass die genannten Wellness und SPA Anwendungen nicht im gebuchten Hotel verfügbar waren sondern man ebenfalls in das Parkhotel musste. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Coronamaßnahmen (Maskenpflicht und Abstand) hätten besser eingehalten werden können.

Die eigentlich sehr gut gelegene Anlage befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste rundum erneuert und saniert werde. Der Zustand der Anlage färbt zudem auf die Motivation der Mitarbeiter ab. Schade.

147€ por un hotel con muchos fallos. Es de calidad pero desactualizado: estilos 90’s, la nevera no enfriaba, y el aire acondicionad lo regulan desde recepción, así que había qué llamar para cambiar la temperatura. No había personal para el check in (empezaban a las 20hs, y hasta entonces el de mantenimiento y un check in on line. Desayuno con una persona para servir por COVID, hasta las 10hs … coincidiendo con la hora máxima de check out (sí, a las 10! Y alas 10:10hs nos llaman para insistir que dejáramos la habitación) Pedimos un boggie para ir por el campo sin jugar y nos dijeron que no, y ni siquiera nos dejaban acercarnos a ver el tie 1. No vale lo que es. € 147 for a hotel with many faults. It is of quality but outdated: 90's styles, the refrigerator did not cool, and the air conditioning is regulated from reception, so you had to call to change the temperature. There was no staff for check-in (they started at 8:00 p.m., and until then maintenance and an online check-in. Breakfast with a person to serve for COVID, until 10 a.m. ... coinciding with the maximum check out time (yes, at 10! and at 10:10 a.m. they called us to insist to leave the room) We asked for a boogie to go around the fields without playing and they said no, and they wouldn't even let us get close to see tie 1. It is not worth what it is.

Leider hatte das Active Hotel Paradiso Golf geschlossen, und so nahmen wir das Angebot des Parc Hotels an, im benachbarten Hotel ein Zimmer zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war OK. Das Frühstück war jedoch, selbst wenn man Corona-Zeiten berücksichtigt, miserabel. Der Golfplatz war dafür in sehr gutem Zustand.

Un super resort, très complet. La présence d’un garage souterrain est parfaite. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine intérieure est géniale. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’hôtel est sur un parcours de golf. Practice juste à côté, c’est vraiment très pratique.

Befremdliche Hotelgäste
Im Hotel waren sehr viele Gäste aus dem Baltikum bzw. Osteuropa welche eine etwas andere Reisekultur pflegen (Mitbringen von Bierfässern inkl. Zapfanlage). Eine Unterhaltung in normaler Lautstärke war uns weder am Abend noch beim Frühstück möglich. Auf dem Golfplatz ein sehr ähnliches Bild. Wir spielten mit einem Ehepaar aus Tschechien, wir waren kurz davor unsere Runde abzubrechen, Ettikette bzw.bzw. Regeln waren für die Leute ein Fremdwort. In meiner 20jährigen Golfzeit habe ich so etwas noch nicht gesehen. Es hatte den Anschein als sei das Trinken im Clubhaus nach der Runde das Wichtigste. Nie wieder dieses Hotel und nie wieder der Golfplatz, es tut uns Leid für das Hotel und den recht ordentlichen Golfplatz.

Ein Hotel, das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Günstig zum Übernachten, Buffet eine andere Vorstellung,aber man wurde satt,obwohl täglich das gleiche da stand. Der Spa ist kein Spa,sondern eine Saunakabine für 10 Leute,1 Dampfbad und ein Schwimmbecken,zum etwas schwimmen.
