Golf residence
Problem with our room so stayed at residence eden. We have used this complex 5 times but hadn’t been for 8 years. The complex is lovely but the rooms really need updating. They haven’t changed in many years and for the price paid I feel you shouldn’t have to clean them yourself! Staff are friendly and helpful. On site restaurant is good quality and well priced. Free bus service into town is very good

Rooms are a good size. Hard to find reception on arrival as its in the nearby Golf centre and main hotel. Towels were never changed nor any form of cleaning. It was however good value and great quiet position for Lake Garda etc.

Just as expected
Apartment was in good condition, everything as advertised, don’t expect anything extra though, had to pay €10 for decent WiFi for three days. There was a free shuttle bus in and out of town and it only takes 5 minutes. Also only 10-15 minutes from Gardaland. Good choice of pools. Overall would stay again.

Family holiday
As a young family we had a great experience staying here. Simple rooms but everything that we could want. Beds were comfy the apartment was clean. Free shuttle bus which was brilliant as town is only 5 mins away. Would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic place - 2nd visit to resort complex
We previously stayed at the Residence Eden which is on the same site as Residence Golf, and shares its facilities. We enjoyed our break there so revisited this year. Although a little further to walk to some of the facilities, we actually found the apartment better equipped than the one at Eden. Its great for families, decent self catering facilities and use of several pools and multiple activities. The pizza restaurant on site is really good and decent value too, the rooms have everything you need as well. The front desk staff and the animation team were extremely friendly and pleasant, along with the staff at the pizza restaurant and the golf hotel. Staff at the Parc Hotel bar a little less pleasant, and the staff at the Laguna the day we visited that area was quite rude and grumpy, not sure what we had done other than arrive at the bar. Free WiFi was better than expected and flat screen TV was a bonus this year although only 3 English channels though and they were news/markets. We take a DVD player so we were happy. Good location, no need to worry about kids going onto busy roads, we liked this place.

Great location, Great facilities
This resort is a hidden gem. It was our second tine there and we stayed in the golf villas this time and it didn't disapoint. The pools etc are terrific though the wifi in the hotel was a little 'hit or miss' and there is no wifi access in the villa rooms which is a slight negative. The main bed was OK, the 2 singles average and the sofa bed downright uncomfortable, but that's the only real criticism I'd have. The balcony was great. I can highly recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Das Bett der Kinder war nicht gemacht. Wir hatten Sebstversorger gebucht? Kein Klopapier, kein Spülmittel, kein Schwamm - nichts. Das musste extra gekauft werden. Der Minimarkt hat nur über eine App Aufträge angenommen - zu kompliziert für einen schnellen Einkauf im Urlaub.

Preis-Leistung auf jeden Fall unschlagbar! Alle Pools, Restaurants, Leistungen etc der umliegenden grosen Hotels können mitgenutzt werden (alles fußläufig erreichbar), Apartments sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Matratzen waren quietschend und schrecklich unbequem, aber vielleicht hatten wir da einfach nur Pech. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden :)

Ist okay, könnte aber bequemer sein
Wir besuchen dieses Hotel regelmässig seit mehreren Jahren. Allerdings kommt es langsam ein wenig „in die Jahre“ . Die Betten finde ich nicht wirklich bequem und die Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer ist auch ziemlich unbequem. Der TV ist sehr klein.

Unterkunft sehr einfach, Dusche kaputt, lief Wasser raus, das Bettlaken deckt nicht die Matratze ab, die Innenausstattung ist sehr abgewohnt, Kühlschrank mit Spuren, nicht sonderlich sauber, Pool ist super, Mitarbeiter nett, ich würde jedoch nicht mehr dorthin gehen....

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollen Appartements. Familen Urlaub, 4 Personen für ein langes Wochenende. Wir waren in 2 sehr schöne Wohneinheiten eingebucht. es Hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle saubere Anlage mit sauberem Pool. Es wird an alles Gedacht und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder

Espperienza molto positiva. Ho soggiornato in un bilocale (formula residence) molto ampio e ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario anche per lunghi soggiorni. Cucina fornite di stoviglie pentole ecc. , frigo, riscaldamento autonomo, climatizzatore, tv. Insomma nulla di cui lamentarsi.

Auschecken war umständlich, wir mussten ca 5 Minuten warten bis das Zimmermädchen den einwandfreien Zustand des Zimmers (bzgl. der Kaution) bestätigte. Das Apartment war ordentlich eingerichtet, die Heizung, wichtig jetzt Anfang November, funktionierte gut- Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Golfcounter gehen, war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze direkt bei den Apartments.

Rigtig fint sted
Vi boede på Golf Residence i 5 dage. vi havde en okay lejlighed med stue, soveværelse og bad. Terrassen var delt med nabo lejligheden. Golf Residence ligger i et kompleks af 4 eller 5 hoteller omkring en golfbane. Som en del at servicen kunne man frit anvende Pools på de andre hoteller, fri afbenyttelse af "driving range" og gratis bus til Peschiera del Garda…. Ift. Golf så var der green fees priserne rimelige og bane var rigtig fin og det var til at komme til

2 dage i sommerferien. Dejlig oplevelse. Masser af aktiviteter for hele familien. Stedet er ikke nyt men stadig i ok stand. Vi kunne godt være blevet lidt længere.
