Small room, great view

We booked "best available" here, and the first night we were informed that our room was small, but it could be changed the next day. Small wasn't the word for it! There was just enough space for two people to pass each other on one side of the bed. (The bathroom was equally compact!) Our window overlooked the parking lot and the olive trees beyond, so the room was quiet. The next night we were shifted to a slightly larger room (we could actually walk around the bed!) over the terrace with a lovely view overlooking the town and lake. Fortunately, the singer in the bar below quit about 11:00 PM. The hotel manager speaks excellent English. There is a nice restaurant with a view--fixed price, three courses. Breakfast is on the terrace. The swimming pool has limited hours, presumeably not to disturb the adjacent diners. We liked everything about this hotel but the comfort of the rooms!
