Welcome to The Darwin Downtown, a newly renovated 2-story historic home located in the charming neighborhood of Downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends, with 3 bedrooms, an upstairs loft sleeping area, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. This home also features an EV Charger plug-in for an additional charge per night.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be impressed by the ornate ceilings, crown moulding, and beautiful hardwood floors that showcase the historic character of our home. The furnishings are modern chic and provide all the comforts of home, from plush bedding to cozy seating areas.

The main level features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining room perfect for enjoying meals together, and a large bedroom with 2 full size beds. The dual staircases add a unique touch of elegance to our home and provide easy access to the upper level.

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a loft area, each thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and amenities.

But perhaps the best part of our home is the outdoor space. Our large lot is filled with mature trees and features raised garden beds filled with fresh flowers and herbs you can use during your stay. The backyard is spacious and perfect for enjoying the beautiful Wisconsin weather, with a patio set, BBQ grill, and hanging lights providing the perfect ambiance for outdoor dining and relaxation. There are also outdoor games provided for your entertainment.

On the front of the house, you'll find a screened-in porch, the perfect spot to sit with a drink or morning coffee and take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

Despite being located in a quiet neighborhood, we're within walking distance to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Downtown Lake Geneva has to offer, including the beautiful lakefront.
