    Having an indoor pool allowed for family fun even though it was cold outside. Morning breakfast included a lot of variety and was great for being included in the price

      Tried to cancel my reservation in advance of 48 hours due to ice and snow storm, but their phone system rang 10 times and then said that they weren't answering & to call back. I did this about 20 times, but could not get through. They refused to honor the fact that their phones made it impossible for me to cancel the reservation and they charged me anyway.
