The beds were absolutely terrible! You could feel the springs in the mattresses on both beds. It was very dark and dingy looking and the air conditioner in our room sounded like it was going to take flight at any minute.

The place was extremely noisy. Even after we moved to another room. We could hear everything in the next room. Continental breakfast consisted of a machine making instant coffee, water, OJ, prepackaged crappy muffins and a waffle maker. I would never stay there again

It didn't have an elevator and just across the parkinb lot were apts with people just hanging out on their steps. Also, if you stay out late, the check out time is 10 am!!!!!

Overall, it is a great place to stay. The property is nice with a pool. The staff was great. The breakfast is ok. My only complaint was that our room was right beside the smoking area, and it leaks into the room.

We arrived alittle early so took a chance of early checkin, we’re told that there would be a fee for early checkin, we decided to wait until 3pm for regular checkin. Arrived at 3pm, was told that only one room was ready, the other was not. Everyone piled into one room, kids went to the pool, about 1/2 hr to 45 min later second room was ready. Rooms were nice, mattresses were alittle undesirable, floors could’ve been swept, mopped or wet jet, my grandchildren had socks on and the bottoms were black. Breakfast we had coffee, but went to Ambrosia Diner which is nearby or the Silo which is in walking distance. One thing that caught me off guard, was the hotel next door, it looks as though it’s used for homeless, during the day it’s not too bad, at night everyone is outside on their stoops or on the second floor residents were hanging over the railings smoking and drinking. There is only a parking lot between the two hotels. A good price was paid for our two rooms, it should be noted that this is happening next door to the EconoLodge. It’s understandable that those in need, need a place to stay, but those who are on vacation should be told this is happening. Not sure if the manager oversees both buildings but this is just alittle risky.

Upon arrival 3 cop cars in parking lot. In the morning at 7am guests 8n the parking lot we're throwing f bombs at each other. Breakfast....forgetaboutit......we left and went to a local restaurant.

Hi Daniel. We did try to compensate you by either completely refunding you and letting you leave, OR by you calling expedia and having them call us. You chose to not leave, and we never received that call. You paid Expedia, and they paid us. I explained repeatedly that I could not refund a credit card that I never charged, nor could I give you a free night at another hotel that I do not own or manage. And after you found the issues with room 111, I personally walked you to room 103, and waited for you to check the room as thoroughly as you wanted to before I left.

There is a residential motel that shares same parking lot. Otherwise Econolodge was is good shape and fairly well maintained, Great waffles until 11am Good staff- front desk. We so room on side of building away from shared parking lot and had pleasant foliage buffering road noise almost completely. Fun pool for families.

Not the greatest.
When checking in the lady that checked me in wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I told her I had a reservation and she just stared at me with out even saying hello or asking my name or anything. Also reserved a specific room and when checking in was told that wasn’t available. Later found out all those rooms are being rented out to people that have been placed there by the state. A lot of ghetto people hanging around outside.

I am so sorry that we could not honor your request for an exterior entrance, as all of our rooms have interior entrances. There is a motel next door with exterior entrances, but it is not the Econo Lodge. I assigned your room, and gave you a room as close to the exit as possible. We do not rent to people placed by the state, Again, I am very sorry that you were not happy.
