I am so sorry to hear you didn't feel safe in your room I wish you had brought this to our attention while you were here we would have moved your room. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Unfortunately since you commented anonymous I can't look into some of the issues you mentioned. We just recently renovated our hotel and our pool was only closed one day for a deep cleaning but the hot tub was still open. Your husband walked into an area that was marked employees only so that may have been why you mentioned the desk staff was rude to him but there were no threats. Had you needed an accessible room all you had to do was ask and we could have changed your room for you. We just assign rooms how they come through to us from the booking sites.
