Better Than Expected for the Price

Pros: Clean and nice bathroom
Cons: The walls are thin
Location: It is walking distance to downtown Lake George and the park overlooking the lake.
The double room was a good size with a nice bathroom; it was better than we expected for the price in the area. The only negative is that the walls are thin and sound carries. I was also happy with the continental breakfast.

Looks newly modernized

Pros: Location to shops and restaurants
Cons: Place for luggage, better seal on connecting room doors to keep out sound.
Location: Shops, restaurants, arcade, boat rides, mini golf, amusement parks
Room was lacking storage places, no closet, no dresser. Access out of motel was blocked off and had to exit out of entrance. Very noisy could hear conversations of next room guests. Beds were comfortable and room did have microwave and frig.

Good location

Pros: Location was good, could walk everywhere in the village.
Cons: Clean the baseboards and under the vanity! Better breakfast.
Location: It's in the heart of the village and close to shops, lots of restaurants and a grocery store. The lake is a 5 min walk.
Stayed in a king room for two nights. Bed was comfortable, nice decor and some upgrades to the room. Had a mini fridge and microwave, which was nice. Centrally located in the village and able to walk pretty much everywhere for meals and close to the lake. On the downside, the tub was old and the faucet kept dripping.... Good thing I could close the door! The bed was very clean, both the white towels and bed sheets were sparkling white but cob webs under the vanity and lots of dust on the baseboards. Those are my only negatives. Hotel staff was nice and limited continental breakfast available. Overall, great for the price. Hotel itself was quiet except for the rowdy teenagers screaming their head off in the parking around 1am but that is no reflection on the hotel.

Close to everything!

Staff was friendly Room was,very clean but kinda small.breakfast was satisfactory.overall the location was excellent! !

Disgusting

We rented two room, both of them were situated in front of a dirty sewer, when we went inside the first room, it had a very disgusting vomite odor, we had to go to front desk to demand a room change, never go back again.

Nice Hotel in the heart of the action

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Pool and surroundings could be cleaner
Location: Easy walking distance into the town,. Just park the car and enjoy the village, the beach, etc.
The room was very small but clean with pleasing décor.

Great Location and Value

Pros: Great value and perfect location
Cons: Perhaps bring a coffee maker or some waters to the room.
Location: Downtown Lake George has plenty of food, arcades, a beautiful lake and places to go boating or swim. Lots of good bars and stores to visit as well.
The hotel is right next to the heart of downtown Lake George which means you can walk to anything and everything. The staff is very kind although there does seem to be a limited staff. The only issue I had was the room was much smaller than anticipated. We had a single queen and that essentially was all the space the room had to offer outside of the bathroom. Don't recommend more than two people in that setting.

Good hotel felt sorry for housekeeping

My wife and I left for breakfast on the last morning of our 4 day stay. We left 5 dollars in singles for housekeeping. After our return back from breakfast to gather our things we noticed not only housekeeping was not in the room but 4 of the 5 singles we gone. We came out of the room and someone in the adjacent room that was standing outside told us that the manager was in our room and he told them he was just checking to see if we had left. The manager stole housekeeping money. We promptly came to the front desk and informed the man who was not the manager of what happened. He quickly went to the back and brought out another person who wasn't the man the folks from the other room described to me. I advised him of the situation and he promised me he would square it away later. I demand the money back which took out of his pocket and gave it to me. I went back to housekeeping and gave them the money directly. This is not right, the housekeeping people work hard for their money and to get scammed by the manager of the hotel is ridiculous. The fact that it was the actual manager who did this is beyond me. I was informed that the managers name was Ali. Please if you are going to stay here please hand any gratuity to the actual housekeeping staff.
