Massive prior damage in bathroom - ceiling tiles with gaps, discoloration, and warping from obvious prior water damage. Major gaps where bathroom mirror was improperly reattached. Some sort of gray thick dust embedded in and coating back of desk chair. Coffee machine was disgusting. “Free breakfast” was a breakfast bag to pick up from the front desk, and nobody was ever at the front desk. Front door of hotel was locked when arrived. Employee kept staring at female occupant (we were literally the only people there, based on the parking lot occupancy). Everything about the stay was uncomfortable and we would not stay there again.

The room itself was okay, but there were several problems. When i went to make a cup of coffee, the coffee maker still had stale water in it. On the website, it shows pictures of a continental breakfast with cereal and what looks like waffles when in fact they give you a bag with a two pack of mini muffins, a sunny d, and an apple, which in my case was rotten. I had absolutely no hot water in the room at all so i couldn't take a shower. Als, when i grabbed the first towel to take a shower it had a brown stain on it. I have a reservation booked there for saturday but i am definitely cancelling it. Thisxwas the worst i've ever seen for a hotel and i will NEVER stay there again.

Not happy.
It looked like the hotel was just renovated. But you could tell so it was our first reservation. While inspecting the room, the mattresses were thin and only had a top sheet on them. This is not sanitary. Normally mattresses are covered in a plastic sanitary cover. Though we still decided to stay, the beds were completely uncomfortable. We left the next morning and told the front desk we were checking out a day early.

Room too dark not enough lighting. Exhaust fan not working. Hallway smells like food. Breakfast 3 containers of sausage with total of 5 patties. All juice drinks are watered down. Coffee is not good enough to drink.

Overall was a nice experience, however the beds weren’t that comfortable and you had to run the water for about 30 seconds because of their filtration system it starts out yellow.

This hotel boasted a jacuzzi room which we wanted since I was deploying. We used the tub the first night and ended up with brown bubbles and gunk on our towels. We cleaned the tub our selves to be able to use it again. We found bug carcasses in the bathroom and dry wall screws protruding out of the ceiling too. There was no fitted sheet on the bed either, just a flat sheet over the piss pad. The breakfast was lacking. Not a large spread for the price we paid.

Disappointment and disgusting
I booked a deluxe suite specifically to get the jacuzzi tub for my wife. However when she went to use the tub it was disgusting, the water had a haze in it and the tub itself was dirty. When we wiped it with a wash cloth, the white wash cloth turned brown. Went to the front desk and they sent the cleaner in and cleaned the tub however it was still dirty. Would not recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel around 10 years ago at the old location and this is far from what I stayed in then.

The visual looks of the rooms are modern, however the mattresses are NOT comfortable. The washrooms need a few upgrades or a good cleaning- mold and dust found around the bathroom ! Breakfast items were SAD, and somewhat limited and coffee was terrible tasting.

Ripped off by the property
The hotel desk clerk lied to us, as we went through hotels.com, he told us our reservations had been cancelled. Coincidently, he had a room that was 300 more than we already paid. I hope that dick gets fired. He told the person at hotels.com, he couldn't find our reservation. I have, in my possession, the email he claimed to have gotten, that had cancelled the room

Just NOPE
Dirty, dirty, dirty. Got there at 9:00 and no one was at desk to check us in we had to call someone and then wait for them to show up. Room smelled horrible, the 2 towels that were in room were yellow and floor was gross just not a nice place. The breakfast consisted of uncooked sausage, mini muffins and bagels.

Hotel is not as bad as the reviews.
The hotel wasn't as bad as the reviews were. Usually most hotels don't do a good job with the cleanliness of the comforters. The comforters in this hotel were exceptionally bad. They were very dusty. Breakfast was ok, again not as bad as the reviews were. Room pretty much looked like the pictures so was not disappointed.

Lake George Family Vacation
The hotel is outdated and the room was dirty. When I asked the front desk why we didn’t have a mattress sheet cover they said they only use a mattress pad now because of covid. It was gross you touched the mattress if you slightly moved in your sleep. It is in a great location, but there are so many other choices in the area. Way overpriced for the condition/cleanliness and hotel customer service.
