Tons to do for the whole family. Plenty of on site entertainment so no need to leave the property unless you choose to. Organized activities as well kept kids busy. Decor is very outdated, as is parts of the facility. Window in room was leaking, but maitenence fixed it immediately. Unfortunately, the leak continued. Overall, would return.

DON’T BOOK HERE!! Horrible experience from day one. The first room they sent us to had someone occupying it, without the resort’s knowledge. The second room they sent us to didn’t have a working key card scanner on the front entrance. So, that was a security risk being as though anyone can enter the building anytime because the door is always unlocked.The waterpark is not open on weekdays and the pool was closed due to a mechanical issue our first three days of our stay. It smells old and musty in every building on the property. In dire need of renovations. The new owners are not from this country and none of the staff speak proper English so very hard to communicate to resolve any issues. Again DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Go to Kalahari or Camelback if you want to stay in the area.

The room was dingy. When I walked in it smelled like gas like if the stove was running. The back door to the balcony was unlocked it had not courtains on the balcony door. The fire pit was in and I was assuming that was the smell of gas because it was only a little bit of fire on the bottom of it the fire pit wasn’t fully on. I didn’t even stay my second night on how uncomfortable I felt I stood for one night instead of two.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great value for the money ( we had a one bedroom condo with a kitchen) staff was friendly and helpful and there are fun things to do like basketball, pickleball, ping pong, an arcade, and a pool

What I didn't like is that the front male person wasn't knowledgeable. We were staying at the hotel but wanted to visit the water park. It's 30° outside. We arrived an hour early. I ask if the room was available if we can check in early- without even checking the answer was no. Ok... Then ask instead of going outside again can we get to the water park walking thew the hotel and he said no.. Come to find out when we left the water park. We didn't have to go back outside there was a way through the hotel. At the time of checking in the older lady that checked us in gave us a map and told us make go on the main road make a left then a right. Okay!! We are visiting and ended up lost. I called the front dest for assistance and was put on hold then they hung up the phone. After that frustration we were able to find the correct road but it was the wrong hotel. Thank God the nice ladie EXPLAIN to us, We have to find the building NUMBER then the room. This part the front dest left out. SMH!! Mind you its dark outside. The room was nice BUT just 1 pot to cook. ONE!! The front desk needs to be Knowledgeable about their hotel and also explain things to their guest properly. Having to find our room was very very frustrating.

The bar down stairs had no heat in there and it was freezing. The safe in the room didn’t work the light didn’t turn on. They only gave us 2 towels for 3 days everything was closed by 9 pm. My wife and I stayed here for years and this year was horrible and unexceptable paid over 700 dollars for a horrible experience

The only thing i didn't like was the check in. We had to wait 2 hours be able get our a room. Its long wait. After that we loved the area we were in. Nice and quite. Away from everyone. Parking was also easy. This my second time waiting with them.

We get there in our room was not ready said it was going to be ready for we were there at 4:50 had to wait an extra 35 minutes for them to say our room is ready then when we get to our room it's dirty the bed was not made there was no accommodations in the room that says that there was call the front desk multiple times finally people came to the room to inspect it room was filthy they changed us to a different room got us to that room and the bathtub water came out black have pictures if you guys would like very terrible would never suggest somebody to stay there

I loved the views, room had old sofa bed. Upon arrival people were having a ceremony as soon as you walked in. No one to greet you. Building had no staff available. Leaking faucet, flashing light bulbs in dining room, clogged toilet. They did come out and fix right away. Last day we were locked out of room before 11. My pocket book was in room. No one around. Thankfully I had car keys in pocket. We had to drive to main resort twice until we were able to get back in room. Front desk help was very nice with handling problems. No phones hooked up so we could not call anyone to get us in room. Very disappointing. I always stay in main resort and will never stay in other parts of property.

The place is falling apart. Clearly neglected. I really would rather not leave a review at all but this place is really awful, I feel inclined to warn another family. (Apparently, this is the lowest # of stars we can give). But one bright thing, all the staff was polite, welcoming & helpful but the place really needs to be packed up and thrown away. 1. Pool area- big pool was having a great time with my kids, looked up and saw 8 huge holes in the ceiling. The small 1 inch play area looked like toilet water I wouldn’t let me dog play in there. 2. Stayed at willowbrook, which is a 5 minute drive from main building with all amenities. This is quite a hassle with kids especially in the winter. If it were not for the excellent directions of the associate that checked us in, I would have definitely been lost bc the signage (or lack thereof) was impossible to see/follow. Also, when we walked into bldg 4, maybe there was an event prior, but the place was in full disarray. Tables, chairs, everywhere, unkept. (We checked in around 4, left and came back around 9, and it was still like that until the morning). 3. Room- sofa bed was disgusting. Could barely sit in it as a sofa and was unusable as a sofa bed. Heating units had so much visible dust/dirt, ridiculous. And there is a huge tub in the bathroom that is literally the size of a queen sized bed, but the shower was so small, I could barely turn around in it. And it leaked, so my kids and I had to create a barrier of towels

The resort had booked its pool, water park and bowling for a private event without informing other guests staying at the hotel. We planned to use our water park passes but couldn’t because of the event. Also, the building we stayed at had a group of people holding a large event in it which took over the whole dining hall and common area, making it hard to enter in and out of the building or even stand in the balcony next to our suite. This should be conveyed to the other guests so they have an option to leave since we left the city looking for quiet but didn’t find any. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Room wasn’t ready til after 6:30 pm. They put 2 towels in the room for 4 people. Room wasn’t clean. Stains on sofa. No extra linens for sofa bed. Nothing to wash dishes with in the kitchen. No garbage can in the kitchen. No extra toilet paper. Fireplace didn’t work.

Our room was impossible to find. There were no signs to direct you. Once we were in our room the TV. Had no sound. When they checked they stated nothing they could do about it. We arrived after dark so we did not see until the morning the parking area was surrounded by trash and pallets. There was no trash can in our room.
