We were there just overnight but it was very pleasant. Breakfast was great, many choices. It was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Such a great location. Close to London Bridge, but just far enough away to avoid the congestion. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Hot coffee and tea was available 24/7. The only downside was that hard mattress.

There was an issue with another family walking into our room, they were given keys to our room by mistake. Not a pleasant experience when we were all asleep.

Very nice place. Clean and very friendly staff. We had a room on the street side and the traffic was steady and noisy but only drawback. Would stay again

off the main streets, but close and quite. #2 minutes the London Bridge and dinning. Very clean and neat.

Location and staff were great for us. Smell in the bathroom needs to be addressed beyond being given fabreeze to mask sewer odors.

Upon check in we were assigned a room when to the room the room hadn’t been cleaned. Went back down to the checkin she apologized. She assigned us a new room when we got to the room it was a king room in which we didn’t want. We paid more money to have a room with 2 queen beds. Didn’t want to spend our time in the check in line so we just decided to deal with the king room.

Kimberly at the front desk on Saturday evening 2/10 was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she so polite and professional to everyone she encountered, she helped me out tremendously. Above and beyond! She’s a gem! Room and breakfast area were very clean and presentation was spot on. Great place to stay!

I loved staying here!!!! Its always a clean room, convenient location, quiet area, and wonderful staff. The bed is so comfortable and the amenities are excellent, parking was easy and close. Breakfast is available and they have a good variety of options and its included in the price. I love staying at The Hampton, its consistently amazing no matter what location I am at.

In our three nights, housekeeping never came once. Every day we had to dump our trash cans, get new towels and toilet paper at the front desk.

Room was clean, property was pretty well maintained. Enjoyed the pool outdoor area, it was nice in the evening. Breakfast was good, quite a few choices and lots of seating.

Great View!
Amazing view from our room. Really appreciated the helpful and friendly front desk staff. The breakfast each day was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, but could have used a deep cleaning- many small gnat type things all over bathroom ceiling, behind mirror frame in main room and spiderwebs along door jam along bottom when opened and all along outdoor area. Also, the pillows had a 'need to be washed' odor that was quite unpleasant.

There were a few minor quirks. The pullout couch was uneven; then we noticed it only had 3 legs. We found a spring under it. The cabinet had at one time had drawers but they were missing so there were no drawers in the entire room. Not really a problem for us but have never seen that. The remote was missing its back panel and the hairdryer was missing. They promptly brought a brand new hairdryer and a remote. The housekeeper said that the drawers were removed from all rooms. The bed creaked pretty loudly. Maybe some prior guests had jumped up and down on the couch and bed? The room was clean and the pool area was nice. An easy walk to London Bridge and all the shops and restaurants.
