"I have been staying at this same hotel 2-3 times a year since 2015. It has obviously changed hands multiple times but the upkeep and cleanliness have been consistently good. That’s why I stay here because Lake Havasu has some really poor hotels. This stay I’ve noticed a change. Specifically, carpeting is filthy, my west facing window no longer has a blackout shade, skimpy on amenities like coffee & cream/sugar packets and chips in the tub. Positives, the bed and bedding were clean and comfortable, hard & soft pillows both provided, functional a/c and a clean bathroom with enough towels. I’m hoping the negatives get corrected before my next visit or it’s time to look at another location "
