Pros: Location is good.
Cons: This hotel definitely needs renovation.
Location: Located near the beach.
Room is dirty, beds are nowhere near comfortable, everything in the room looks old and dirty.

Simple. Dirty. Needs to be renovated badly. The morning breakfast is bad, meaning it is very sub-par.

Would of been a great place in its day. Bathroom was redone and was excellent. The beds were uncomfortable.

Not a lot of pros for this hotel

I'd like to say you get what you pay for if I paid $65-$80 for the room but ended up paying $109/nt and unfortunately wasn't worth it. Rooms were moderately clean but dirty in some areas. Carpet was stained, bathroom was really dated. Hotel over all needs to be updated. Like I said if I had paid $65-$80 I would've expected this. But we happen to come on a busy weekend. And there aren't too many "nice" hotels on havasu. I don't think I'd stay here again, better off renting a house.

Pros: The area close to the lake. There is a city park about a 1/2 block or so from hotel.
Cons: Lots
Umm, it was quiet. The wifi didn't work, spoke to front desk. Not to concerned, told me to sit in the lobby if I wanted to use the wifi.lol " breakfast"was well don't be late or your out of luck. Like I said quiet.

Only thing is they didn't have enough breakfast every morning we went down there there was hardly anything and they advertise breakfast they should have enough for everyone

Ice machine

4am hotel employees decided to fill the ice machine, sounding like a black bear in a dumpster full of tin cans looking for a leaking can of tuna. Woke us from a sound sleep, also employees were talking very loud preventing any further sleep for the rest of the night. I had hoped for a much needed quiet night.
