I picked roadlway over a couple others you had posted due to the fact that the picture looked inviting and very clean the room didn't look nothing like the picture the picture had to queen-size beds it looked a little more cleaner and modern that's why I chose the picture my room had two queen size bed but didn't look nothing like the room in the picture but overall it was clean. But not immaculate

Thank you for your feedback. I looked over our pictures and they're all recent for the rooms with 2 queen beds. These rooms were renovated in February, and that's when the pictures were uploaded. The only difference is the accent wall is green in some rooms and red in others. I'm not sure where this miscommunication was, but I apologize if there was anything we did wrong.

Ok place to stay.

Fair rates for what you get. Minimal breakfast. But in the big picture it's an OK place to stay.

Thank you for the feedback! Currently we exceed Choice Hotels' standards for a continental breakfast. We know our guests would like more, so we have started adding new things, and are researching what other stuff Choice will allow us to add. Unfortunately, our options are very limited as we do not have a full kitchen, nor room to install one. So we can't have hot items. I'm sorry for this inconvenience. We hope you will stay with us again!

The Rodeway Inn Experience

When we arrived, check in was extremely easy. Upon entering the room, we noticed the door was hard to open, our phone only worked on speaker, unable to retrieve phone messages, then when we turned on the TV, we were unable to connect to their programming, so we had to call for help, and that took about a half hour. They fixed that problem, but with the telephone, even after several attempts to get them to come back to the room to either replace the phone or repair the phone, they never came to fix it, just kept saying, "someone will be there in a half hour". No one showed up. We got locked out of our room on three separate occasions, and had to just about knock the door in to enter our room. For the continental breakfast, that was excellent, as was the indoor swimming pool and spa. Parking was never an issue, and I like the fact that they had trailer parking for the guests. Trying to connect to wifi was a chore in itself. The location was excellent.

I'm very sorry for the issues you experienced with us. I will do my best to make sure they are fixed. From the sounds of the situations I wasn't there that day to handle it. As for the WiFi, unfortunately that's how our cable company has it set up and there's not much we can do to change that. But I am glad you enjoyed the breakfast and pool. I really hope you'll stay with us again so we can give you a better experience!

Good stay

Pros: Easy to get in and out of. Close to all the things i needed, without being on the main, heavily trafficed highway. Pull thoughs for boats and trailers
Cons: Refrigerator was a little too cold.
Location: Close to all the golf courses, boat ramps, and the London Bridge.
Nice hotel, all the amenities. Just refurbished, great colors and floors. Right across the street from 3 different restuarants, with 15 more within 2 blocks. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Best hotel of my trip, even though it was $50 cheaper than the other 2 hotels i stayed in. This will be the place i'll stay again.

Nice hotel for the price and close to the lake

Pros: economic
Cons: Updating
Location: Lake Havasu is 5 minutes way from parking lot and close to resturarants
It was a short quick stay that was good for the price. Easy access, and lake views

It is currently Spring Break here and if there are ever any issues with noise coming from within the hotel, staff is readily available to happily assist you. Sometimes with noise from outside the hotel, it isn't as easy, but we will always try to do our best to help!

Just overall outdated for the price of the hotel stay. The bedspread had a large cigarette burn in it. The couch cushion, I didn't even want to sit on, as there was a big dark spot on it. A couple of the tile flooring by the bathtub was loose. The bad paint job in the bathroom and paint splatters on walls and shower curtain. I could have stayed in a better hotel for less $$. The best thing was the view looking out to the river. That's it...

I am very sorry you have experienced this. Our rooms are non smoking so there is NO reason what so ever there should be a cigarette burn on it. When you experience these issues PLEASE tell the front desk. We just renovated, so if there's a problem in the room we want to fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I have no way of telling which room this was. It could be any of our 21 rooms with couches. I will make sure to tell housekeeping and maintenance to keep an extra good look out for the items you mentioned and hope we catch it and can fix it. Again, I am very sorry.

Nice view

The pool was nice and the view beautiful. The bed was horrible. The maid service never brought towels or changed garbage out.

I am very sorry about the maid service. Unfortunately we were understaffed. It was a very busy weekend and 2 of our maids never showed up and never answered the phones. We did the best we could with limited staff. I am very sorry.
